TICKET INFORMATION 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Please make sure you have your ticket with you before you leave to travel to the stadium. 

HELP AND SUPPORT

The Fan Centre phone lines will be open on Saturday 18 September from 10am-1pm to deal with any ticket queries ahead of kick off. Please call 0151 556 1878 for assistance. Alternatively, you can visit the Away Ticket Kiosk on Witton Lane at Villa Park from 4pm.

Fan Engagement Manager, Christine Prior will be available from 1pm to support fans with any issues that arise and can be contacted on 07794055321.

There will also be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION  

All entrances and turnstile numbers are clearly marked. Stewards are present around the stadium to assist, if required. Turnstiles are open 90 minutes before kick-off and supporters are advised to arrive at the stadium in plenty of time.

Away Section: Away fans will be situated in the Doug Ellis Stand Lower Block Q turnstiles Q91 to Q96 and Upper Block P turnstiles P87 to P89.

Food and Refreshments: Are available in both Block Q and P. However, please be aware alcohol will not be available in Doug Ellis Upper Stand – Block P.

Bags/Luggage facilities: Small bags that will fit under your seat will be allowed into the stadium subject to searches upon entry by stewards. Please be advised the stadium has no left luggage facilities for larger bags and luggage cases.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to Villa Park, please ensure that you have read our Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Please click herefor more information.

Aston Villa will perform spot checks of vaccination passports and negative test results around the stadium on matchday. Supporters aged 18 and over should be prepared to show their COVID-19 vaccination status or evidence of their negative coronavirus lateral test result, no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Supporters aged 12 and over should be prepared to show their negative coronavirus lateral test result no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture. Anyone who has tested positive, displays symptoms or is required to isolate should not attend the match.

In line with government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over are expected to wear a face covering when located in indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt.  Face coverings are not required to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats in the stadium bowl, although they are able to wear them if they choose to do so.

Protocol may differ at each stadium, however, we recommend all travelling Evertonians to be prepared in the event they are asked to show evidence of their vaccination status or recent lateral flow test results.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain in their bubbles and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

Coach via M6: 
Travel on the M6 to Junction 6 (Spaghetti Junction), follow signs for Birmingham City Centre (A38(M)), from the A38(M) take the first slip road off to a traffic island, from here take first exit left and continue to next island. Then take first exit left and continue straight on to set of traffic lights.

Travel through the first set of lights to the second set of traffic lights where you will turn left and continue straight towards the stadium. Continue straight on at traffic lights keeping the stadium on the left, from here just past the main gates of stadium on the left you will turn right into the coach park.

Via car from the NORTH WEST or SOUTH WEST: 
It is recommended that fans traveling by car from the north exit the M6 at junction 7 and follow the signs for Birmingham A34.

Official parking sites on the north side of the stadium include:  

  • Brookvale Road Car Park
  • Broadway School 


Via car from the NORTH EAST or SOUTH EAST:

It is recommended that you exit the M6 at junction 6. If you take the right-hand exit at junction 6 (A38) you will need to stay in the right-hand lane and turn right at the island to head towards matchday parking.

Please note - in the interest of pedestrian safety, a traffic exclusion zone (TEZ) is imposed around Villa Park on match days to exclude vehicles on the following roads:

Witton Lane from the junction with Aston Hall Road to the traffic island at Witton Road, and Trinity Road between Nelson Road and Witton Lane. The zone is in operation from 90 minutes prior to kick off to approximately 30-60 minutes after the final whistle. The precise timing is dependent upon traffic and pedestrian movement on the affected roads.

Residents’ parking zones are in operation on match days. We strongly advise all supporters to use official car parks and avoid parking in residential areas. You will avoid the parking fine of £60 which you will incur for parking within the residents’ zones.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION

Please be advised to check with your chosen travel provider ahead of your journey due to any unforeseen circumstances. Useful transport information can be found via: www.nationalrail.co.uk and www.networkwestmidlands.com.

The main bus routes serving Villa Park are the 7, 11A and 11C alight at Witton Square for the Stadium. Services 65 and 67 also operate within walking distance of Villa Park please alight at Aston Railway Station. To check bus timetable information for these routes, click here.

Witton Station is the nearest station to Villa Park and is also the nearest train station to the visiting supporters’ turnstiles. As well as regular services from Birmingham New Street, Witton station offers park & ride possibilities north of Villa Park on the Walsall line.

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION

Accessible toilet facilities: Can be found in Doug Ellis Lower Q concourse area, accessed via a RADAR key.

Accessible parking: Any disabled supporters should contact Aston Villa’s Disabled Liaison Officer via 0333 323 1874. Please be advised parking needs to be booked in advance. 

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Anti-Discrimination: Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance stance on any discriminatory behaviour and language used to travel to, from or during the match. Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behavior (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the Stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
