The first Merseyside derby of the Barclays Women's Super League season will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Originally scheduled for 2pm (BST) on Sunday 25 September, the match at Anfield will now kick off at 6.45pm (BST).
Everton were victorious in their previous two visits to face Liverpool at Anfield, with goals from Karen Burke and Tina Mason helping to guide the Blues to a 2-0 victory in 1997.
Twenty two years later, the Toffees returned to Anfield and left with all three points thanks to Lucy Graham's strike in a 1-0 win.
