Everton International Academy Invites Clubs To Join Enhanced Affiliate Programme

The Everton International Academy Affiliate Programme (EIAAP) which currently provides members at all tiers of the game with access to the finest coaching knowledge from the Club’s renowned Academy to support growth, is to launch a major enhancement from February 2026.

As part of the programme, affiliates will soon be able to access Everton’s coach education materials via the Coaches Voice platform, to enhance the support, resources and learning opportunities available to coaches across EIAAP's global network.

This elevated level of support sets EIAAP apart from more traditional models and looks to build on Everton’s outstanding record at the forefront of developing young footballing talent.

The platform offers comprehensive learning, including:

• UEFA-led session plans
• On-demand coaching courses
• Inspirational masterclasses from the world’s leading football coaches
• Insider insight into the strategies, tactics and philosophies of elite-level coaches

Mark Thompson, International Technical Coaching Manager at Everton International Academy, said: “This transition to the Coaches’ Voice Academy platform represents a major upgrade for our affiliate partners worldwide.

"By giving coaches access to elite-level insight, structured learning and best-in-class planning tools, we are directly supporting their development.

"Better-prepared, better-educated coaches ultimately deliver better training environments, and that has a profound impact on the development of young players."
