Scotland youth international Ceiran Loney has signed his first professional contract with Everton – penning a two-year contract to keep him with the Club until the end of June 2027.

The Glasgow-born striker joined the Blues from Partick Thistle last season, having become the youngest player ever to feature for the Jags in their history in 2024.

Loney scored four goals in 19 games for Keith Southern's Under-18s last season in his first campaign in English football, including a fine brace in a 2-1 comeback win over Sunderland at Finch Farm.

The youngster also netted at Goodison Park, notching the Under-18s' final goal in their 3-1 FA Youth Cup win over Wolves in January.

Speaking to evertonfc.com, Loney said: "I'm buzzing – I think it's a big achievement for me in my football career so far.

"It's something that you dream of when you're young, so it's good to see that the hard work is paying off.

"I think my first season with Everton went well. I've definitely got more to show, and I think we'll see that in the next two years. I'm confident in that.

"I definitely think this season it's time to kick on (and) as a striker, the aim is obviously to score as many goals as possible."
