Sean Dyche has been nominated for the Premier League’s Manager of the Month award for April, while Jordan Pickford has been listed as a contender for Player of the Month.

Dyche led Everton to four consecutive home victories in April, beating Burnley, Nottingham Forest, Liverpool and Brentford to earn 12 vital points, and secure the Blues’ proud top-flight status.

For the award, the Everton manager is shortlisted alongside Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola.

Goalkeeper Pickford also played his part in Everton’s fine form, with the England shot-stopper keeping a clean sheet during each of the Toffees’ four wins in April.

Recognised for his efforts – 23 saves and four clean sheets in six games – Pickford is named as a nominee for the Player of the Month, along with Bruno Fernandes, Josko Gvardiol, Kai Havertz, Jean-Philippe Mateta and Cole Palmer.

Voting closes for all awards on Monday 6 May at 12pm (BST).

The winner of the Player of the Month award will be announced on Friday 10 May at 11am (BST), while the winner of the Manager of the Month award will be announced on Friday 10 May at 12pm (BST).
