Matchday Guide: Everton v Leeds United

Frank Lampard's Everton will take on Leeds United in front of a sell-out crowd at Goodison Park on Saturday (3pm kick-off GMT).

Please see below for key information for fans attending the game.

SUPPORTERS CODE OF CONDUCT

Supporters are respectfully reminded of the code of conduct inside the stadium.

Recent games involving Everton have seen fan encroachment onto the field, objects being thrown from the crowd onto the field of play and an instance of racist abuse, which has resulted in a criminal conviction.

Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance approach to all incidents of disorder and discrimination - and we strongly remind everyone that it is a criminal offence under the Football (Offences) Act 1991 to enter the pitch and to throw items inside the stadium

This not only disrupts the match, but is also deemed to be a serious security risk to all players, officials and everyone in the stadium.

We remind supporters that all perpetrators of public order offences, which includes pitch encroachment, the throwing of objects and racist or discriminatory behaviour (see more, below), will receive lengthy stadium bans, potential Police investigation and further possible legal sanctions.

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

Supporters are advised that following the recent removal of the Government’s Plan B restrictions, there are no longer Covid measures or spot checks in place.

Fans are no longer required to offer evidence of their COVID status in order to gain entrance.

However, we encourage fans to take a lateral flow test before attending games, to protect yourself and other supporters.

We also strongly advise all supporters aged 11 or over, in line with Government advice, to bring a face-covering to wear in all indoor areas and while on the stadium concourse, other than when eating or drinking, or if exempt.

FOODBANK DONATIONS

A group of foodbank volunteers and their unmissable purple vehicle will be based on the corner of Winslow Street and Goodison Road, next to The Winslow Hotel public house.

MATCHDAY HUB AND HERITAGE SOCIETY

The Matchday Hub based at Everton Free School will not be in operation for the Leeds match, however the Everton Heritage Society at St Luke's Church will be open from 12pm – 2.30pm.
