TICKET INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Please ensure you have your ticket with you before you travel and arrive early to allow extra time for the additional COVID checks.

The Everton Fan Centre will be open 10am–1pm on Saturday 15 January to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for any support.

Supporters who have any ticketing issues after 1pm or those who require duplicate tickets should report to the Ticket Office located in the South Stand at Carrow Road.

HELP AND SUPPORT

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst at Carrow Road.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to Carrow Road, please ensure that you have read their Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Please click here to read it in full.

Supporters aged 18 and over are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination via the NHS COVID pass or NHS app (with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match) or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test carried out within 48 hours of the fixture kicking off. Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test will only be accepted by text or email.

Genuine medical exemptions from testing/vaccination are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and testing is only required for supporters aged 18 and over. As well as accepting proof via the NHS COVID pass or an NHS vaccination letter (or international equivalent providing it is in the English language), test results from any government approved lab, a GP or via proof of self-reporting of a Lateral Flow Test result through the UK government’s online portal, will be accepted.

In line with government guidance, all supporters aged 11 and over are expected to wear a face covering when located in indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking, or where exempt.  Face coverings are not required to be worn by supporters when they are in their allocated seats in the stadium bowl, although they are able to wear them if they choose to do so.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain within their matchday bubbles and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game.

Most away stadiums will operate a cashless payment system and supporters should be aware of this when purchasing from the matchday kiosks.

Accessible information

Norwich City provide live Soccer Sight Matchday Commentary for every visually impaired supporter. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 and select option 1 to book your headset.

Portable induction loops for hearing aids are also located within their Ticket Office.

Accessible Parking: Limited on-street parking around the stadium is available for Blue Badge holders only. For up-to-date information on changes and restrictions, please contact the Blue Badge Parking Scheme on 0344 980 3333 or visit their website.

All of Norwich's accessible toilets are now fitted with the Radar key system for easy access.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

From the West (A47): Exit A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn left at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road as it bends to the right over a bridge, with Carrow Road then visible to your right.

From the South (A11): Approaching Norwich on the A11, take the fifth exit at Thickthorn roundabout onto the A47, following signs for Great Yarmouth. Having joined the A47, follow the directions listed above to access the stadium.

From Ipswich (A140): Approaching Norwich on the A140, eventually reaching a roundabout as the road meets the A47. Take the third exit at this roundabout onto the A47 towards Great Yarmouth. Follow the road to the next exit (A146) then follow the directions listed ‘From the West’ to access the stadium.

From the East (A47): Exit the A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn right at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, signposted Norwich, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Car Parking is available for First Team home matches at County Hall, Martineau Lane Norwich, NR1 2DW, which is a 10-minute walk from Carrow Road. There is no pre-booking available.

The price per match is £6, to be paid on the day via card or cash. Please note, road closures operate immediately before and after matches outside the stadium to allow pedestrians to leave safely.

Resident parking schemes are in place in the streets around Carrow Road and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage. Please DO NOT park in these areas as you will be fined, and please also respect the needs of local residents.

Parking at Morrisons adjacent to the stadium is reserved for store customers only, with penalties imposed for misuse of this car park.

Public Transport

Train: Norwich Train Station is located less than ten minutes on foot from Carrow Road. When walking out of the station turn left and follow Koblenz Avenue to reach the stadium or alternatively walk straight over at the traffic lights and through the Riverside Leisure complex to reach the stadium.

Bus: First Group provide city and county-wide bus services into Norwich. Norwich Bus Station is located approximately one mile from Carrow Road on Surrey Street (NR1 3NX). Park and Ride services are also operational around the city centre.

Coach: Norwich is directly linked to London via National Express coach services, with the capital providing further links to a number of other cities across the country.

Due to the extra security arrangements, all supporters are advised to arrive at the venue and enter the ground as early as possible. This will allow the required time to carry out these additional security checks that are likely to lengthen queuing times.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
