The Liverpool City Region has now entered COVID-19 Tier 3 restrictions set by the Government as a result of Merseyside facing among the highest infection rates in the country.

City leaders have come together to record the video above on behalf of Liverpool City Council to explain the restrictions and why it is important for everyone to follow rules at this difficult time.
