TEAM NEWS

Lucas Digne is fit and available for Everton but fellow full-back Seamus Coleman will miss the Stamford Bridge fixture through injury.

Club Captain Coleman suffered a muscle problem in Everton's home draw with Manchester United last Sunday and the issue will also keep him out of the Merseyside derby game against Liverpool at Goodison Park on Monday 16 March.

Everton's only other absentee is Jean-Phillippe Gbamin, who remains sidelined with a quadriceps injury.

Chelsea will be without midfielder Mateo Kovacic and winger Willian is a doubt with a similar issue.

Jorginho is suspended, while Tammy Abraham (ankle), Christian Pulisic (abductor) and Callum Hudson-Odoi (hamstring) are all out.

LAMPARD ON ANCELOTTI

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard worked under Carlo Ancelotti during the Italian's two-year spell at Chelsea between 2009-11. The pair won a Premier League and FA Cup double and Lampard explained why Ancelotti is a manager he has "huge respect for"...

"He was a gentleman, a fantastic manager," said Lampard. "I loved working with him personally and I think he'll get a great reception at Stamford Bridge.

"He was great at striking relationships with players, he was very good tactically and had a really calm manner.

"He's a great man-manager, he was really great on a personal level."
