Sean Dyche believes Amadou Onana can learn a lot from Abdoulaye Doucoure and Idrissa Gana Gueye.

The Blues boss hailed Gana and Doucoure as “outstanding” in Everton’s victory over Leeds United on Saturday.

Dyche has been full of praise for the 21-year-old Onana but believes the young Belgian can develop further alongside his midfield teammates.

Quoted by the Liverpool Echo, Dyche claimed: "Ama will learn from them two because if I am Ama today, I am looking at them and thinking, 'Wow, these put a shift in, and they can play".

“That is part of his learning curve. He is only a young player learning and earning his spurs so he will learn from them without a shadow of a doubt - as will other players."

After Seamus Coleman's stunning goal against Leeds United, the Blues captain has been named in Alan Shearer’s Premier League Team Of The Week.

Displayed on the official Premier League website, Coleman slotted into a back five alongside Fulham’s Issa Diop, Bournemouth’s Jack Stephens, Tottenham’s Ben Davies and Southampton’s Romain Perraud.

Speaking on the Irishman’s performance, Shearer said: “He helped Everton keep a clean sheet, while his spectacular strike lifted them out of the relegation zone."

Quoted by the Irish Post, Coleman detailed the strike after the game, revealing: “I knew that maybe the keeper would have anticipated a cross. I could’ve hit it another 30 times and never hit it as sweet but thankfully I did.”

Everton face Aston Villa this weekend and Villa captain, John McGinn, has been speaking ahead of the game. Reported by BirminghamLive, McGinn hit back at claims that their season is already over.

On their trip to Goodison Park, McGinn said: "It’s a different kind of game and we have a decent record there.

"But under Sean Dyche we know what the reaction is to a new manager. We don’t want to go to four defeats in a row, so we have to work hard to get back to the winning trail.”

Lastly, Everton have been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Daichi Kamada. The Japanese attacking midfielder has recorded seven goals and four assists in 19 Bundesliga matches so far this season.

Kamada’s current contract expires this summer and Sport 1 journalist Christopher Michel reported that the player has decided that he will not be negotiating a new deal.

Journalist, Dean Jones, told Give Me Sport about Everton’s interest in Kamada, stating: 'He’s a player already on their radar that they’ll be looking at.”
