Youngsters from Everton's Junior Fans' Forum visited Everton in the Community’s People’s Hub recently - before coming up with their own ways to support the charity's far-reaching work.

The Blues, all aged between 11 and 17, met with representatives from EitC's fundraising team to learn how donations from supporters and the wider community make it possible for the charity to deliver more than 50 life-changing programmes across Merseyside each year.

Having listened to how the charity tackles a range of social issues from health and employability, to youth engagement and anti-social behaviour, the youngsters brainstormed fundraising ideas suitable to engage fellow fans in their age group.

Forum members then narrowed the list down to their favourite ideas, with Everton in the Community now looking to incorporate these into their fundraising activities later in the season.

Frankie, part of the Forum since the beginning of the 2025/26 season, said: "We've had some really interesting discussions about the new stadium and the football side of things, and it was great to find out more about the work that Everton in the Community is doing. They help so many people - and not just Everton fans.

"It was good to be asked to come up with fundraising ideas that other fans our age can get involved with. I'm looking forward to seeing these ideas come to life and hopefully we can help raise lots of money to help the charity continue what it's doing. I think that's so important.”

Supporters should keep an eye on Everton in the Community’s social media channels over the coming months to find out more about opportunities to get involved in fundraising.

Everton's Junior Fans’ Forum was established in 2013 and gives members the opportunity to learn more about the work of all the Club's departments and act as a sounding board on key initiatives.

The Forum, which typically meets during school holidays, is open to any Blues aged between 11-17 and an open application process is held each summer.
