Goodison Matchday Experience For New Junior Fans' Forum

Members of Everton's Junior Fans' Forum got to see the changes that have been made to Goodison Park up close as their first meeting of 2025/26 took place on matchday! 

The group of youngsters, aged 11-17, were guests for last month's Friday night visit of London City Lionesses, Everton Women's second WSL fixture at their iconic new home. 

As well as taking in the contest from one of Goodison's boxes, the group got to sample the new-look Goodison matchday and feed back to Club representatives on the experience. 

It was also an opportunity for this year's Forum members to meet for the first time since being chosen for the role this summer. The group took part in ice breaker exercises and learned more about some of the activities they will be involved in over the coming season. 

A new Junior Fans’ Forum is selected each summer following an online application process, giving young Blues an opportunity to have their say on issues and initiatives impacting their age group and to learn more about what each department around the Club does. 

New Junior Fans' Forum member Oliver said: "It was brilliant to be invited to Goodison Park and to watch the match from a box! 

"I also enjoyed getting to meet all the other Forum members and to learn more about them. 

"I joined the Forum because I love Everton and I want to learn more about the Club. I also want to help by sharing my ideas and telling the Club what me and other young people think. Hopefully by doing that I can make a positive impact on the team I support. I’m really excited to be part of this year’s Forum."

Everton's Junior Fans’ Forum was established in 2013 for supporters aged 11-17 and typically meets during school holidays.
