Representatives from Everton’s Fan Advisory Board, Fans’ Forum and UK Supporters’ Club Committee attended a dedicated session with senior leaders and an Executive Chef from Aramark, the Club’s Culinary Experiences partner, to learn more about the evolving food and drink offer at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The session provided an opportunity for fan representatives to ask questions, share feedback gathered from fellow supporters, and discuss key topics such as pricing and availability, service levels, food options across stands, and how supporters can access all the kiosks around their level on matchdays.
Attendees also heard about the early success of the Through Pass option and E-Bars, kiosks in the Family Stand, the popular South Stand bar on Level 2 and how it is being used pre- and post-match, and the plans for the evolving Fan Plaza.
Fan Feedback Helping Shape the Matchday Experience
Supporters’ groups shared constructive feedback around need for more space to consume food and drink, food labelling on menus, enhanced availability, and the variety of dishes available for people with dietary requirements in key areas of the stadium. All comments and suggestions were noted and will help inform future updates to the matchday experience.
Fan representatives were also given an overview of the enhanced matchday menu which launched at the Tottenham Hotspur fixture, which included new dishes and expanded gluten-free options throughout the stadium — introduced directly in response to supporter feedback through post-match surveys and fan group engagement.
Enhancements in Club View
The group also discussed the ongoing improvements within Club View, where fan feedback has been central to shaping the next phase of development. Enhancements are designed to provide more choice, faster service, and reduce queueing in key areas of the concourse. Updates include:
- Exclusive new hot food items such as Yorkshire Pudding Wraps, Vegan Spiced Cauliflower Dahl Pies, Gluten Free Chicken Caesar Wraps, Loaded Sausage Rolls and Salt & Pepper Veggie Burgers (including a build-your-own gluten-free option).
- Two new pie sales units located next to the E-Bars, serving a selection of pies only.
- A £10 meal deal (a can of Corona and a pie), redeemable from the two mobile bars next to the E-Bars.
- A new hot drinks unit at the mobile bar on the north side of the concourse.
- Specialised drinks equipment to speed up service of canned drinks.
- Confectionery now available at the mobile unit on the north side of the concourse.
Further Club View enhancements, including exclusive and seasonal items will be confirmed in due course.
Looking Ahead
As part of the visit, fan representatives also toured several kiosks, concourse spaces and Club View kitchens and sampled upcoming menu items, including a sneak preview of Christmas-themed dishes that will be introduced later in the year.
The Club and Aramark continues to encourage all supporters to share their views through post-match surveys, which play a vital role in shaping ongoing improvements to the food, drink and overall matchday experience at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
