David Moyes believes Everton showed glimpses of the exciting team he wants to give Toffees after an impressive 3-2 victory over Wolves at Molineux.
The Blues produced moments of fine attacking quality to score through Beto, Iliman Ndiaye and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to record back-to-back victories in the Premier League and a third win in six days in all competitions.
Moyes also discussed individual performances from the likes of summer signings Jack Grealish – who bagged two assists – and Dewsbury-Hall, as well as midfielder pair Idrissa Gana Gueye and James Garner.
The Blues now head into the international break with two wins from three Premier League games, and return to league action on Saturday 13 September against Aston Villa at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Moyes agreed there was plenty to like about his team's attacking display, while admitting his squad were off from their usual high defensive standards.
After taking charge of Everton for a 542nd time – matching Howard Kendall – Moyes said: "I liked bits of the performance. I still would have liked it to have been much better. We conceded two goals which I don't think were like us, the type of goals they were. They were a bit easy and not the things we work on and we're quite good at. So I was disappointed with that, a bit disappointed when we were 3-1 up that we didn't go and get the fourth goal, which we had three or four opportunities. But the answer to your question is, you know, we've come away from home with a really good win.
"If we can entertain and be really good, great. If we can't, then I just want to win. That's what I want to do.
"Kiernan played very well today. So did many of them, but he'd done a really good job. So, you know, Jack's beginning to get some assists. He's looking a good player for us and really pleased to have him at the moment.
"The biggest compliment I can say about Jack is that he's even better than I thought he was."
Having spoken in his pre-match press conference about Beto's excellent attitude, willingness to learn and humility, Moyes was pleased to see Beto get on the scoresheet for a second time in four days, while revealing his plan to keep shuffling playing time between the Portuguese and summer signing Thierno Barry.
"I'm going to change Beto and Barry around, I want to try to keep them fresh," he said. "I wanted Barry to get some game time which he did do and he did a great job at Brighton, assisting the goals with his link-up play. But I just felt maybe Beto might have been the right one to come here and know a wee bit of their ground and what it might be like. But I need the two of them, we'll be firing, I need the two of them, we'll be scoring goals and we might chop and change them as we see at different times.
"But Beto's just got two goals now, got one in midweek, got one today. And that's what you need to do as a striker. You just need to keep getting the goals and he starts to get the numbers a lot bigger."
Having had to deal with injuries during a testing pre-season, Moyes welcomed the upcoming international break for his squad to take stock of a promising August before going again when Villa visit the Club's new world-class waterfront home in two weeks.
"We'll get a few players who probably need a bit more pre-season training," added the Blues boss. "We've got a few players who need a bit more recovery, we've got a few who have got some injuries but it gives us a chance to sort of regroup but it's great to go away knowing we've picked up six points in the three games we've played.
"It's a decent start for us in the league and we want to keep challenging, we want to be in a high place if we can be but we'll certainly not get carried away, that's for sure. We've got a lot to do but I'm pleased that I think we've played well enough today."
