Moyes On Deserved Win & Continuing Feelgood Factor

David Moyes reflected on a second victory over Newcastle in four days as Everton moved up to seventh in the Premier League with a 1-0 triumph at St James' Park.

After seeing off the Magpies 3-1 at Hill Dickinson Stadium to reach the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, the Toffees left the North East with three points thanks to Thierno Barry's eighth goal of the campaign.

Talking to evertontv at full-time, Moyes discussed a deserved win for his team, a welcome clean sheet, why player-of-the-match Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall deserves an England call-up after another superb display, a fitness update on Jarrad Branthwaite, and continuing the feelgood factor for Evertonians.
