Everton midfielder Hannah Coan has joined Sheffield United on loan and will spend 2020/21 with the Championship club. 

The midfielder, an Everton Academy graduate, played her first senior game in December last year when she started a Continental Cup win at Leicester City.

Coan signed new terms with Everton this summer before completing her temporary switch to Yorkshire.

Sheffield United meet Leicester at home on Sunday after beginning their season with a 4-1 win at London City.

Everton look to build on their impressive 4-0 win at Bristol City last weekend when they host Spurs behind closed doors at Walton Hall Park on Sunday.
