DIGITAL TICKETS
Supporters are advised to check in advance which ticket they should use to enter Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Season Ticket Members whose ticket has been activated on their Season Ticket, including those whose Auto Cup Scheme payment has been successfully processed, should use their digital Season Ticket pass in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet as normal. There is no need to download a separate match ticket.
Supporters who have been issued with a separate match ticket (including Season Ticket Members who purchased outside of the Season Ticket Member window) should ensure this is downloaded to the appropriate wallet on the mobile device they will be using for the match before arriving at the stadium.
For digital tickets to work at the turnstile, they must be downloaded to an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A screenshot of a digital ticket will not permit entry to the stadium.
If you are unsure whether your ticket has been activated on your Season Ticket, whether an Auto Cup Scheme payment has been successful, or which ticket you should use, please contact the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 in advance of matchday.

Lighting will return to normal as the players emerge on the pitch.
ONGOING TRAIN DISRUPTION
Everton supporters are reminded of ongoing engineering works by Merseyrail, taking place on the Merseyrail network, which will entail replacement bus services operating between Hunts Cross and Moorfields (NB: there is no rail replacement bus stop by Liverpool Central).

AUDIO DESCRIPTIVE COMMENTARY
Everton has introduced a new digital service that will allow supporters to access Audio Description Commentary through their own mobile devices when attending matches at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The technology enables blind and partially-sighted supporters to listen to live Audio Description Commentary (ADC) through the flexibility of their own smartphone and headphones, removing the need to collect and return a separate receiver and offering a more seamless and independent matchday experience.
The digital platform – accessed via a web link - will be introduced from Thursday’s Carabao Cup fourth-round tie with Newcastle United.
Fans wishing to access the new service should visit the Accessibility Ticket Office on matchday, where members of the Club's accessibility team will help them download the app and get connected.
NB: Supporters will need to bring their own headphones compatible with their mobile device to use the service.
