Aznou Seals Malaga Loan Switch

Adam Aznou has joined Malaga on loan for the 2026/27 season.

The temporary switch for the 20-year-old – who signed for Everton in July 2025 – represents a return to La Liga for the full-back.

A senior international with Morocco, Aznou is a youth product of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, spending three years as a teenager with the Spanish giants, before heading to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023.

While in Germany, the young left-back earned appearances in the Bundesliga, Champions League and the Club World Cup.

After signing for Everton, he made his Toffees debut in January 2026, coming off the bench in an eye-catching cameo against Sunderland in the FA Cup third round.

Aznou now heads to Andalusia, Spain to continue his development, linking up with newly-promoted La Liga side Malaga for the remainder of their season.
