TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets for this fixture have sold out. Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

Supporters who have ticketing issues on the day of the game should visit the Supporter Services department at Old Trafford. This is located in a separate building within the W2 car park on the north west side of the stadium and is open four hours prior to kick-off. Please ask a steward if you need help locating it. Supporters collecting pre-arranged duplicate tickets may be required to show photo ID. Please make sure you have appropriate and formal ID with you.

HELP AND SUPPORT

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at Old Trafford to help with any issues or queries that may arise.

For further information updates from Merseyside Police please follow @MerPolEFC on X.

STADIUM INFORMATION

Away supporters will be sat in blocks E230, E231, E232, E233 and STH 229.

Turnstiles are located at the south east corner of the stadium and open two hours before kick-off. Supporters are advised to arrive early to assist with pre-entry routine security checks at the away turnstiles.

Bag searches will take place when entering the stadium. Manchester United’s bag policy means supporters are advised not to bring a bag larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8" x 6" x 2"); this equates to a small handbag. There is no luggage storage facility at Old Trafford.

Old Trafford is a cashless stadium with contactless payment available at all official kiosks.

On matchdays there is a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in place in the Borough of Trafford. This order prevents members of the public from consuming alcohol, on the streets and within other public spaces, in the vicinity of Old Trafford football stadium. Due to the PSPO in place outside Old Trafford, there are limited places for away fans to eat and drink near the Stadium. Manchester United advise away fans to head into the stadium upon arrival and use the kiosks on the concourses. Gates will open at 5pm and refreshments and toilets facilities are available inside.

Old Trafford is a no smoking stadium; this includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes.

Flags and banners are allowed in the away section; however, there is limited space available for display. Flags larger than 2mx2m may be declined entry for this reason. Any flags and banners permitted into the stadium need to have evidence of a fire safety certificate upon entry. All flags must not contain anything considered to be offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inflammatory, including politically motivated or nationalistic. Following guidance from the Premier League, this includes Israeli or Palestinian flags. Any flags or banners that are displayed in areas that block exits, stairwells or other areas that could have a safety risk will be removed or relocated.

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION

Visiting supporters who need to enter the stadium via accessible entrances will use AE1 and AE2 located on the south-east corner of the stadium.

Please be advised RADAR keys may be required to enter accessible toilet facilities inside the stadium.

For further information please visit Manchester United’s access page: https://www.manutd.com/en/accessibility

There are two Changing Places facilities available, one behind the East Stand wheelchair platform in the concourse adjacent to the south east quadrant and the other in Stretford End wheelchair platform on tier 2.

For any visiting supporters who require a headset, these would need to be requested in advance by emailing accessibility@manutd.co.uk so arrangements can be made ahead of the game.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY ANNOUCEMENT

Anti-Discrimination: Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance stance on any discriminatory behaviour and language used to travel to, from or during the match.  We are committed and dedicated to embracing equality and diversity in everything that we do. We take this opportunity to remind supporters about the Club's ‘All Together Now’ campaign, which was launched to promote a ‘Football Family for Everyone’. We will not stop in our mission to drive equality through the positive power of football.

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Home clubs that we visit use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items is liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Pitch Encroachment: Encroachment on the playing surface is dangerous, and any supporter who does access the pitch without permission will face strong sanctions that could include a ban from attending matches across the country. It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch, and the real-life consequences for these actions have been felt by many, with some fans receiving criminal records which can impact employment, education prospects and international travel.

Anti-Social or Criminal Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on the concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case of more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent nationwide stadium ban.

The Club is compelled to work with the authorities to identify any individuals who take part in such unacceptable behavior.

CCTV is available to clubs and law enforcement authorities and can be used as evidence in enforcing bans and criminal prosecution in the days and weeks after any incident has occurred, regardless of whether any perpetrators have been detained on a matchday or not.

Please enjoy your matchday and stay safe.

We would like to thank you for your continued support in protecting Everton Football Club's reputation and support in enhancing the matchday experience for all.
