Everton XI For Forest: Striker Swap For Blues

Armando Broja makes his first Everton start since January as one of three changes for the clash at Nottingham Forest this afternoon (3pm BST kick-off).

After manager David Moyes said in his pre-match press conference on Friday that he wanted to look at other players for the Blues' season run-in, Broja will lead Everton's attack at the City Ground in place of Beto, who drops to the bench.

Having missed last weekend's 1-1 draw at home to Arsenal with a minor knock, Vitalii Mykolenko returns at left-back in place of Nathan Patterson, while James Garner is preferred to Tim Iroegbunam in midfield.

Former Forest loanee Garner will partner Idrissa Gana Gueye – Abdoulaye Doucoure continuing in the advanced role – with Jack Harrison and Iliman Ndiaye once again starting on the flanks.

The rest of Everton's XI sees Jordan Pickford in goal, Jake O'Brien at right-back and captain James Tarkowski joining Jarrad Branthwaite in central defence.

Everton XI: Pickford, O’Brien, Tarkowski (c), Branthwaite, Mykolenko, Gana, Garner, Doucoure, Harrison, Ndiaye, Broja.

Subs: Virginia, Patterson, Keane, McNeil, Beto, Chermiti, Young, Coleman, Alcaraz, Iroegbunam.
