Fans' Charter

Everton's Fan Charter is the Club's formal commitment to how it engages with and delivers services to supporters.

The charter is designed to strengthen the relationship by providing transparency and accountability. It outlines the channels available for feedback, complaints and consultation and sets out the standards Everton aims to uphold in areas such as customer service, supporter engagement, accessibility and communication.

At its core is the principle that supporters are key stakeholders in the Club and should be treated with respect and fairness.

The charter forms part of the Club's wider supporter-relations framework and sits alongside structures such as the Everton Fan Advisory Board, the Everton Fans’ Forum and the Junior Fans’ Forum, all of which ensure a broad range of supporters' views are heard by Club leadership.
