Morgan Pens New Deal & Joins Cannes On Loan

Everton Under-21s striker George Morgan has signed a new contract until June 2028 and joined AS Cannes on loan until the end of the 2025/26 season. 

The 19-year-old moves to the south of France for his maiden loan spell, linking up with fourth-tier club Cannes. Last season, Morgan struck seven goals in 13 league matches for the Blues’ Under-18s, with his fine form earning him regular call-ups for Paul Tait’s Under-21s.

A youth international with Wales, he has progressed through the ranks from the Under-15s through to the Under-19s.
