SUPPORTER ENTRANCES DUE TO SEGREGATION

Due to supporter segregation in the upper tier for this game, Everton fans on Level 2 in both the East and North stands should be aware of the following:

Entrance numbers 21 (lifts), 22 and 23 in the East Stand and Entrance 24 in the North stand are for use by visiting supporters ONLY.

Home fans seated in the East stand (Level 2 only) should access the stadium via Entrances 13 and 14 (as shown on your ticket).

Wheelchair users (Blocks 222 & 224) and supporters with accessibility issues seated in the East Stand should use Entrance 15. The Club’s Accessibility Team have contacted affected supporters directly to confirm this.

Home fans seated in the North Stand (Level 2 only) should access the stadium via Entrance 2, as usual.

Wheelchair users and supporters with accessibility issues seated in the North Stand should use Entrance 3, as usual.

The Accessibility Entrance for Everton Supporters accessing Club View will be Entrance 15. Turnstile entrances for Club View remain as Entrances 16 and 20.

Inside Hill Dickinson Stadium, catering for home fans in the North Stand is available via the two Dockyard Kitchen kiosks, located centrally and in the North West corner, and Flight Birds, also in the North West corner.

Enclosed segregation means that Everton supporters in the North and East stands on Level 2 will not have access to the ‘Through Pass’ kiosk in the North East corner, or Dockyard Kitchen in the East Stand. These concessions are restricted to visiting supporters.  All the food and drink options at kiosks can be found HERE

MINOR BUS ROUTE CHANGES

Arriva have made minor route changes to the commercial bus services that serve Hill Dickinson Stadium, which will now stop on Stanley Road/Scotland Road on match days. The revised routes, drop-off and pick-up points can be found HERE

1878s FLAG DISPLAY

The 1878s supporters' group will mark the first ever FA Cup game at Hill Dickinson with a flag display in the South Stand. Flags will be placed on selected seats, with supporters asked to wave them at team introductions. Members of the group will be located at the bottom of each block to hand the flags to, once the display is over.

SAFEGUARDING OF MINORS

We respectfully remind supporters that all fans under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This includes on The Budweiser Plaza, concourses and within the stadium bowl. Everton now offer safeguarding wristbands to adults bringing young children to all games at Hill Dickinson Stadium, as part of a matchday safety initiative. Read more here.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT TRIAL ONGOING.

A Traffic Management Trial will again be in place following Wednesday’s game, which involves a temporary one-way system in place on Blackstone Street and Boundary Street, and road closures, both before and after the game.

Fans are advised not to travel to the stadium by car, as these measures are in place to ensure those leaving the ground can move away from the area quickly and safely. Our Travel Hub, which also features in the guide, above, includes all relevant information and alternative travel options.

The Budweiser Plaza, open from 4.30pm, features a live DJ and, for the winter season, an increased number of food and drink outlets, expanded bar areas and festive touches. New hot food options from some recognised local vendors, not available inside the stadium, will be introduced, while additional E-Bars have been introduced to help speed up service. Full details of the enhancements are HERE.

Smoking and Vaping

Complaints have been received regarding smoking and vaping in the stands, toilets, and adjacent areas of Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Supporters are reminded that stadium signage clearly indicates that smoking and vaping (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all areas of Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Persistent smoking or vaping negatively impacts the matchday experience for fellow supporters and will not be tolerated.

Anyone found smoking or vaping inside the stadium may be ejected and could face further disciplinary action by the Club, including the withdrawal of a Season Ticket.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all supporters.
