Everton will once again be supporting the Royal British Legion’s annual Poppy Appeal in the coming days by auctioning signed, match-worn shirts*.

The shirts of Everton’s Men’s and Women’s Senior Teams will proudly feature the traditional poppy at upcoming matches to mark Remembrance Day, which falls on Tuesday 11 November.

The Men’s Senior Team will be wearing poppy shirts for Monday night’s Premier League fixture away to Sunderland  (8pm KO), and again at Saturday’s home league game against Fulham (3pm KO), which will be the Club’s designated Remembrance fixture.

Meanwhile, Everton Women will sport the globally-recognised emblem when they welcome Manchester City in the Barclays Women’s Super League on Sunday 9 November (2.30pm KO).

All players will sign their commemorative jerseys, which are worn to show support for the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces, veterans and their families.

Supporters across the world will then be able to bid on shirts from each match via matchwornshirt.com/poppy, with each auction starting at kick-off of the corresponding fixture and funds going directly to the Royal British Legion.

The Sunderland auction closes at 2pm (GMT) on Saturday 15 November, while the Fulham auction will end at 12pm (GMT) on Sunday 30 November and the auction for the BWSL meeting with Manchester City ends at 2pm (GMT) on Sunday 30 November.

Blues will need to create a free MatchWornShirt account, if they don’t have one already.

Founded in 1921, the Royal British Legion is England’s largest Armed Forces charity with 180,000 members and 110,000 volunteers.

Their Poppy Appeal raises vital funds to support the Armed Forces community - including serving personnel, veterans, and their families - all year round.

That support includes befriending services for those who are isolated, help with finances and housing, and recovery programmes after injury and illness.

Members of the Armed Forces will be in attendance at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday, when the Club pays tribute to the fallen with a period of silence ahead of kick off.

At Goodison, on Sunday, veterans and serving personnel from the Tri-Service Toffees Supporters' Club will be part of our pre-match Remembrance tribute.

Poppies will be on sale around the grounds and can also be purchased directly from the Royal British Legion. To purchase an Everton-branded poppy pin badge and to further show your support, click here.

* Shirts will be match-worn for active players and match-issued for unused substitutes.
