Everton Under-21s defender Reece Welch has joined Belgian club KMSK Deinze on loan for the 2024/25 season.

The 20-year-old centre-back moves to the Challenger Pro League side, who play in the second division of Belgian football, after spending the first half of last term at Forest Green Rovers.

Huddersfield-born Welch, an England Under-20 international, joined Everton Academy at the age of seven and has made two Senior Team appearances for the Blues in cup matches against Boreham Wood and Fleetwood Town.
