Premium Membership Waiting List Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the Premium Hospitality Waiting List (the "Waiting List") operated by Everton Stadium Development Holding Company Limited (Company No. 11727444), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, Merseyside, L4 4EL (the "Club").

1.1  Applicant: The individual who has submitted an application to join the Waiting List.

1.2  Premium Offering: The Club’s premium seating offering, access to which is the subject of the Waiting List.

1.3  Waiting List Position: The Applicant’s place on the Waiting List, determined solely by the time and date the application is successfully submitted.

2. Joining the Waiting List

2.1  An Applicant joins the Waiting List by completing the official application form and submitting it to the Club.

2.2  The Applicant's position on the Waiting List is strictly determined by the chronological order of successful application. The earliest successful application secures the highest position.

2.3  At the time of joining, the Applicant will be required to indicate their preferred ticket category and the number of tickets sought. These preferences are for the Club's administrative purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to provide such tickets.

3. Waiting List Benefits and Allocation Process

3.1  Offer to Purchase: As tickets become available, they will be offered to Applicants strictly in order of their Waiting List Position.

4. Ticket Category and Number:

4.1  The Club will endeavour to match offers to the Applicant's stated preferences.

4.2  The Club may offer tickets in a higher category than requested. The Applicant is under no obligation to purchase these higher-category tickets and may decline the offer without prejudice to their Waiting List Position.

4.3  If an offer is made for the exact number and category of tickets requested, and the Applicant chooses to decline the offer, they will similarly retain their current Waiting List Position. The Applicant will be contacted again when the next suitable opportunity arises.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1  The Club provides no guarantee that tickets for the Premium Offering will become available or that the Applicant will ultimately be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets.

5.2  The Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred by the Applicant as a result of joining the Waiting List, other than the liability to refund the Deposit strictly in accordance with Clause 7.

6. Data Protection

The Club will process the Applicant's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related UK data protection legislation.
