Carabao Cup Second Round Date Confirmed

Everton’s Carabao Cup second round clash at Preston North End has been confirmed for Wednesday 26 August (8pm kick-off).

The tie, to be played at Deepdale, will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The Championship side, managed by Paul Heckingbottom, beat Huddersfield Town 4-3 on penalties in the first round at Goodison Park – our iconic former home – due to pitch upgrades at Deepdale.

Ticket information will be confirmed in due course.
