Winger Coby Ebere has signed a new two-year contract with Everton, keeping him with the Club until the end of June 2027.
A talented attacker who has been with the Blues' Academy since the age of 11, Ebere signed his first professional contract three years ago and went on to become a regular of the Toffees' Under-18s and then Under-21s.
Ebere, who was born in Germany and is also eligible to represent England and Nigeria, had a challenging 2024/25, missing the first half of the Premier League 2 season with a hamstring injury before making his return to Paul Tait's squad in January and netting his first goal of the season against Cardiff City the following month.
Now, with his new contract signed, the 19-year-old is looking to kick on for the Under-21s this term.
“I’m buzzing to extend my deal, based on the fact I’ve had a hard 18 months,” Ebere told evertonfc.com.
“It shows the Club has got faith in me – and I know I can repay it.
“I really enjoyed being back on the pitch with the guys [in the second half of the season] and Taity has been really good with me, working in detail and getting me back to where I need to be.
“We’ve got a great group of players in the Under-21s and hopefully we can show that.
“The aim now is to get as many games as possible, and get as close to the first team as I can.”
