Everton Women duo Toni Payne and Emma Bissell have faced questions from the Club's Junior Fans' Forum as they prepare for Sunday's historic Merseyside derby clash at Goodison Park.
The Blues forward pair joined the youngsters at their latest meeting with Club staff, held at the Royal Liver Building.
There they answered questions on their career journeys, their inspirations, and what it will mean to them to represent Everton in the final-ever Barclays Women's Super League derby played at Goodison.
Forum members also got the chance to take photographs with USA-born Nigeria international Payne and Manchester City academy graduate Bissell, before being surprised with complimentary tickets for Sunday's clash (3pm GMT kick-off).
Junior Fans' Forum member Evie said: "It was brilliant to meet Toni and Emma and ask them about the Merseyside derby and what it's like to be a professional footballer.
"We found out a lot about them, about the team, and we're all just really excited for the game now.
“It will be great to say we were there for the final derby at Goodison and hopefully we’ll be celebrating a win too!"
As part of the meeting, Forum members also shared their initial ideas on the Everton character mascot that will be introduced to coincide with the Club’s move to Everton Stadium.
