Season Ticket Waiting List FAQs

Season Ticket Waiting List FAQs

How is my position on the Season Ticket waiting list determined?
If you are a Forever Blue Member and, therefore, in Tier One of the waiting list, your position is determined by two factors. Firstly, the number of seasons you have held a Membership since the original waiting list was introduced in 2018/19, and then by the date you joined the official waiting list. Non-Members are placed in Tier Two, below all Forever Blue Members and then in order of the date supporters joined the waiting list.

Can I see my exact position on the waiting list?
No, however Forever Blue Members can see the waiting list band they are currently in. We recognise that those in Tier One want to know when they may be eligible to purchase a Season Ticket and our bands aim to give supporters a clearer indication of where they are in the queue.  Supporters in Tier Two should purchase a Forever Blue Membership to move up to Tier One and see their band.

What are the possible bands that I could be in?
Bands are in increments of 500 from 1-10,000, with several broader bands from 10,001 onwards. Please note, these bands may change in size in future dependent on the number of supporters on the waiting list.

How do I check which band of the waiting list I am in?
Forever Blue Members will have their respective bands emailed to them ahead of each season.

I am in a lower band of the waiting list than I once was. Why is this?
As supporters can purchase a Forever Blue Membership at any point in a season, it is possible that the exact position you are in could change. For example, if you have four Forever Blue Memberships registered to your supporter number and purchase a fifth in July, you may provisionally move up the waiting list. However, other supporters with four Forever Blue Memberships who were previously above you in the waiting list will reclaim their position at the point they purchase their fifth Membership, even if this is later in the season. This is to ensure the process is fair to all Forever Blue Members on the list - that their position is determined by the number of Memberships they have held and that they are not penalised by the date those Memberships were purchased in the relevant season.

What is the difference between Tier One and Tier Two of the Season Ticket waiting list?
The waiting list is ordered by two tiers, with Tier One receiving priority over Tier Two. To qualify for Tier One on the waiting list, you must be a Forever Blue Member. Tier One of the waiting list is organised by the number of seasons you have held a Membership since the waiting list was introduced in 2018/19, and then by the date you joined the official waiting list. Tier Two is for any supporters who have joined the waiting list but are not currently Forever Blue Members.

How can I boost my place on the waiting list?
If you are currently placed within Tier Two of the waiting list, you can boost your place to Tier One by becoming a Forever Blue Member. In addition to improving your chances of securing a Season Ticket in future seasons, Forever Blue Members will also receive an exclusive Membership pack, retail discounts at official Everton stores and online, better ticket access, richer digital experiences, exclusive content on evertontv, and a rewards programme that celebrates your loyalty - all in one place.  Click here for further information or to buy a Forever Blue Membership.

I believe my Membership data is incorrect. What can I do?
If you believe that any part of your waiting list application is incorrect, please contact us via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry'). When notifying the Club, it is important to provide as much detail as possible so your case can be investigated thoroughly, with a view to updating your application if such action is required. Please note, we may need time to investigate your case but we will aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

I have had more Memberships than are showing on my record. Why is this?
For the purposes of the Season Ticket waiting list, we are only considering Memberships held from when the waiting list was launched in 2018/19. Any prior Memberships will not influence your position on the waiting list. If you believe the data we hold for your Memberships since 2018/19 is incorrect, you can raise a case with the Club via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry').

I have purchased Memberships for myself on more than one supporter number/ticketing account since 2018/19. Can my Memberships from one account be added to another to move me up the waiting list?
If you have held Memberships across multiple supporter numbers or ticketing accounts and wish to reconcile this data, or believe that any part of your waiting list application is incorrect, you can raise a case with the Club via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry'). Proving details of Memberships on previous or dormant ticketing accounts will help us to update your account details and waiting list application to reflect all the Memberships you have purchased.

I purchased a Forever Blue Membership for me and one for my child on the same day, but they are both under my name. Can the records be amended so we are together on the waiting list?
We are offering supporters the opportunity to update their records. To register the duplicate Memberships against your child’s supporter number, please contact the Club via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry') providing as much information as possible.

I purchased a Forever Blue Membership for me and one for my child on different dates but they are both under my name. Can the records be amended so we are together on the waiting list?
As long as both Memberships were purchased in the same season – and the same total number of Memberships have been purchased for each supporter (parent and child) since the Season Ticket waiting list was opened - the different purchase date will not affect your position on the waiting list. To amend records to register the duplicate Memberships against your child’s supporter number, please contact the Club via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry'), providing as much information as possible.

I am a current Season Ticket Member and would like to register a friend or family member on the waiting list. Should I register them using my supporter number?
No. Where possible, new entries to the waiting list should be submitted using someone’s individual supporter number.

How do I register my child on the waiting list if they are under 13 and cannot have an account?
To register an account for a child under the age of 13, please contact the Fan Centre either by calling 0151 556 1878 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) or by visiting the Hill Dickinson Stadium ticket office. Once you have an account for your child, you will be able to add them to the waiting list.

Why does it say I am in Tier Two when I have purchased a Forever Blue Membership for the current season? Should I be in Tier One?
Current Forever Blue Members are in Tier One. If you believe you have a current Forever Blue Membership but you are showing as being in Tier Two, please contact us here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry'). Please note, if you have recently purchased a Membership, it may take up to three hours for your waiting list application to reflect this.

I have a season missing because Memberships were not sold during the first Covid-19 lockdown in 2020. Does that affect my position on the waiting list?
Memberships for the 2019/20 season were taken off sale in March 2020, having initially gone on sale in July 2019. The majority of supporters would have purchased Memberships earlier in the season and, therefore, we count 2019/20 Memberships towards waiting list eligibility.

Fixtures were played behind closed doors in the 2020/21 season and I did not buy an Official Membership. Is this season discounted from the eligibility criteria?
No. More than 13,000 Memberships were sold during the 2020/21 season. As such, it would be unfair to exclude this season from the records and Memberships purchased in 2020/21 do count towards eligibility criteria for the Season Ticket waiting list.

I thought buying a Forever Blue Membership automatically put you on the waiting list. Can my position on the waiting list be amended to reflect the day I first purchased an Official Membership?
The Season Ticket waiting list process and waiting list FAQs were communicated when the waiting list launched in 2018/19. We are not allowing supporters to retrospectively join the waiting list at the date they first purchased a Membership as it would be unfair to supporters already on the waiting list.

I joined the waiting list before the 2018/19 season. Where am I on the list?
Prior to the 2018/19 season, the Club operated a ‘Register Your Interest’ option for Season Tickets. Once we moved to an official waiting list during 2018/19, this change was communicated to all supporters who had previously registered their interest in a Season Ticket. Supporters were advised that they needed to join the newly-established waiting list to be considered for future seasons. As such, you will have needed to have joined the waiting list since 2018/19 to be included.

I am on the waiting list and have been offered a Season Ticket but cannot attend next season. If I refuse it, will I remain at the top of the list?
Should you be offered a Season Ticket but are unable to purchase for the coming season for any reason, you will retain your position on the waiting list, provided you remain a Forever Blue Member.

If I am offered a Season Ticket, can I choose my seat to sit by my friend/family member?
It may be possible for your friend/family member to request to move seat to sit by you. However, requests to move seats will be prioritised by date of application via the form at evertonfc.com/seasontickets (subject to the relevant Season Ticket being renewed at the time of submission) and the availability within the preferred stand.

I want to remove myself or a family member from the Season Ticket waiting list. How do I do this?
To remove a name from the Season Ticket waiting list, please call the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) or contact us via the form here.

I want to transfer my place on the waiting list to somebody else. Can I do this?
Positions on the waiting list cannot be transferred to another person. Should you wish to remove yourself from the Season Ticket Waiting List, please call the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) or contact us via the form here (choosing the 'Ticketing/Membership/Travel Enquiry' option and then 'Waiting List Enquiry').

I am a disabled supporter. Does my eligibility differ due to my accessibility requirements?
Supporters with accessibility requirements should follow the same process to join the waiting list and purchase a Forever Blue Membership to retain their position on the list. When joining the waiting list, you can state if you have any accessibility requirements. Should you then be successful in being offered a Season Ticket, a member of our Accessibility Team will make contact to discuss your specific requirements and offer suitable suggestions based on those needs.  If you need to update your information, you should contact the Fan Centre by calling 0151 556 1878 (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm).

How can I check if I am already registered on the Season Ticket waiting list?
You can check if you’re already on the waiting list by completing the form here.

How do I put my name on the waiting list?
If you wish to add your name to the waiting list, you can do so here.
