Ken Sweeney

Seat: Reserved seat (Everton Supporters’ Club Committee UK representative)

I had the privilege of representing the Supporters' Club Committee (SCC) on the ESSG to ensure the Fan Advisory Board became a reality.

I have been a passionate Evertonian for over 50 years that goes to all home and away games and can even say I stood in the Boys' Pen for many a year and survived!

I am a founder member of the SCC and have 28 years' experience of running an active Supporters' Club. I have the knowledge and the passion to represent all supporters from inside and outside the Merseyside area, as I have a great knowledge and experience of representing fans directly to the Club at all levels.

I have helped organise two bike rides with the help of the SCC to raise over a 100k for Everton in the Community.

I am here to represent all supporters' views and voices so do not hesitate to contact me.

Mark McKeown

Seat: Elected to Shareholder ‘unreserved’ seat (2024 fan vote)

As a fan of the Club since the mid 1960s, I am delighted to have joined the Everton Fan Advisory Board. I am deeply grateful to all those who voted for me as Shareholder Representative at the 2024 election.

As part of the FAB team, my aim is simple - to ensure that, as representatives of the fan and shareholder bases, we use our collective voice to help drive the Club forward as we enter this critical phase of our history.

I have been fortunate enough to be present at some of the greatest moments in our history and am desperate to see these return - for me (selfishly!) and for future generations of Blues.

The opportunities are immense and the story is ours to write. So, fans and shareholders, please do let us know what you think and use the FAB as your conduit to the Club. We are here to help!

FAWAD MUNIR

Seat: Elected to ‘unreserved’ seat (2025 fan vote)
As a father, son, Muslim, Scouser, man of colour, and entrepreneur born to immigrant parents, my journey has been one of resilience and dedication. My life has been a tapestry of experiences; however, one constant has always remained: my identity and commitment to being an Evertonian. I understand what it means to be an Evertonian from every angle and I believe it is this perspective - rooted in community, pride and unwavering support, that equips me to represent our diverse fanbase effectively.

Growing up in Liverpool, Everton was more than just a football club; it was a sanctuary that embraced me, offering a sense of belonging and identity in a city I proudly call home. Since my son was nine, we've shared countless memories at Goodison Park. Now 21, he and I have built a bond over Everton that transcends football. No matter what life throws our way, those moments at the match are our escape, our time to reconnect.

Beyond the stands, I am deeply committed to the Evertonian values of community and support. I run a charity dedicated to assisting the homeless in Liverpool, providing essential services and a sense of belonging to those in need.

Professionally, I've evolved into a multi-business entrepreneur. The skills I've honed in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach are tools I wish to bring to the Fan Advisory Board. Additionally, as Chairman of the Liverpool Sporting Dinner, I've had the privilege of bringing together individuals and organisations to support significant causes, fostering a spirit of unity and generosity.

I aim to ensure that every Evertonians voice is heard, that our rich heritage is preserved, and that the club's future reflects the values we hold dear.

JOANNE DAVIES

Seat: Reserved seat (Everton Fans' Forum)

I am an avid, life-long Everton fan. I attended my first match when I was seven years old in the mid-70s and was fortunate enough to be one of Everton’s first girl mascots - a night I will never forget. Over 45 years later and I am still as passionate and committed to our club.

For the past year I have represented Evertonians on the Fans' Forum and now I am very much looking forward to being a representative on the Fan Advisory Board too.

I will endeavour to ensure our fans are visible, feel valued and are heard.

Last season, we had the excitement of moving to our new stadium - a stadium of which we should all be very proud. This season is now about capitalising on what the stadium has to offer and working together, on and off the pitch, to shape a successful future for our very special club - all for one, one for all....

PAUL MCPARLAN

Seat: Reserved seat (Everton Heritage Society)

I have been a member of the Everton Heritage Society for five years and I now look forward to meeting fellow Evertonians, to share the Club’s rich footballing tradition, as one of the most historic clubs in England.

I am a regular guest on the Blue Room podcast and a senior writer for ‘These Football Times’. I am also a member of the Fan Jury at the Liverpool Echo and I have authored a book “The Forgotten Champions – The Story of Everton’s 1987 Title Win”.

I have attended FAB meetings in the past, when I have deputised for other Heritage Society members and I look forward to representing the Club’s heritage and tradition on the FAB, as well as playing a role in ensuring that fans’ views and voices are listened to.

Seat: Elected to ‘unreserved’ seat (2026 fan vote)

I’m from a true Blue family and have been supporting Everton for over 60 years.

It’s a privilege representing Everton supporters on the Fan Advisory Board (FAB).

I have been fortunate to experience the great teams and trophy wins since the 1960s. However, for the Club to reach those heights again, supporters and the Club have to work in partnership for our football teams to thrive.

We all invest significant emotional and financial resources supporting Everton. We also have an organisational memory and, as a result, are in a position to offer constructive advice and challenge to the Club when appropriate.

I am looking forward to representing supporters' views at a crucial time in our history. We have a new Club Board, new stadium, vibrant community programme and are improving where it matters on the pitch. Let’s all work together to achieve our potential. COYB!

Andy Drake

Seat: Elected to ‘unreserved’ seat (2026 fan vote)

I’ve supported Everton since the day I first saw Alan Ball in the famous amber kit as a young boy. I’m a Blue first and foremost, but also a lifelong football fan who believes the game is once again at a crossroads. There is still much to do to ensure the voices of match-going supporters are properly heard.

Although I’m new to the Fan Advisory Board, I hope to bring strong professional skills in listening, understanding different perspectives and turning those insights into meaningful action. Recently, I undertook a significant piece of fan listening work, which reinforced just how valuable it is to hear directly from Everton supporters.

Everton has always been central to my family. My three children are all Blues, and two now live or study in Liverpool – a city that has become a huge part of our lives and one I’m incredibly proud of.

Despite the challenges of the past decade, I’m optimistic about Everton’s future. The move into a new era presents a real opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the Club and its supporters. That relies on listening to them.

For me, the Fan Advisory Board is a vital link between fans and the Club. Our role is to represent supporters honestly, encourage meaningful dialogue, and help improve communication in both directions. I firmly believe that organisations that genuinely listen make better decisions, and football clubs are no different.

Over the coming year, I’ll make myself as accessible as possible. If you see me at a match or around the Club, please come and say hello. I’m proud to represent Evertonians and committed to ensuring supporters’ voices are heard.

Seat: Elected to ‘unreserved’ seat (2026 fan vote)

I have been an Evertonian for more than 45 years and a long-standing season ticket holder and shareholder, with the Club playing a central role in my life, identity and sense of community. As a member of the Fan Advisory Board, I am committed to helping ensure Evertonians remain at the heart of the conversation, with supporters’ views heard, respected and reflected in the decisions that shape the Club’s future.

During my time with the FAB, I have contributed to work across governance, communications and supporter engagement, including helping to deliver the 2026 Fan Conference. That experience has strengthened my connection with Everton’s wider supporter base and reinforced my belief that the FAB must listen carefully to fans of all ages, backgrounds and locations — from match-going supporters, fans who don’t go to games, and young Evertonians to disabled fans, followers of the women’s and youth teams at Goodison Park, and the Club’s growing international fanbase.

I want to build on the FAB’s supporter engagement work by using fan insight and research to bring more voices into the conversation. My priorities include affordability around season tickets and matchdays, improving the matchday experience, involving young supporters in Everton’s future, protecting the Club’s heritage, strengthening Everton’s identity at Hill Dickinson Stadium, and ensuring consultation with the Club is meaningful, transparent and effective.

As a business owner and leader of international companies, I bring strong communication skills, people-focused leadership and the ability to prioritise and deliver. Above all, I am passionate about representing Evertonians honestly, constructively and with purpose — helping to put fans at the heart of the conversation as the Club moves forward.

I look forward to listening, learning and working with fellow Evertonians to help make sure supporters continue to have a strong voice in the Club’s future.

Peter MacFarlane

I'm a lifelong Evertonian and secretary of the Everton Women Official Supporters' Club.

I am a passionate and outspoken advocate of women's football, and firmly believe that the growth of the women's game is hugely beneficial, not only for our club, but for our city and community as a whole.

I've had a season ticket next to my dad for the men's team for 29 years, and have a season ticket for Everton Women next to my mum at Goodison Park in The Gwladys Street. You will see our supporters' club flags, and hear our singing section loud and proud on a matchday in GT3 - all are welcome to join us!

I will try my absolute best to be a voice for Everton Women fans. Feel free to contact me with any concerns, or come and see me in GT3 on a matchday. COYB!

Kourosh Toumadje

Seat: Reserved seat (International Supporters' Club Network)

I am Persian, born in a Turkmani town called Gorgan, in the Iranian province of Golestan. In 1976, my father was awarded a scholarship to pursue his graduate studies in the United States. My mother and I joined him the following year, in 1977, first in Davis, California, and later in Corvallis, Oregon, where I grew up. I've also lived in Virginia, right outside of Washington DC for awhile, but have always loved my current home, San Diego, California, where I work in the biotech field.

In the late 1980s and early '90s, I was lucky enough to have a decent football manager - he made us watch English first division highlights and clips, and he also had GOAL magazine. At the time, Everton were the best on the planet, so the Blues were on every cover! Then, my exposure grew immensely when my parents got Setanta Sports and I got to actually see Goodison Park and I fell in love!

I made my first trip to Goodison in 2010, smelling the old wood combined with the plastic seats fusing with the amazing fans to generate one of the most amazing atmospheres in the footballing world. Once I returned home, first order of business was to establish the San Diego Toffees.

I then started working with many USA fans and leads to help create official supporter groups with the Club. At that point, my drive to help reveal our wonderful club to Americans led to me taking on a role planning Everton tours for Americans. The tours had already been happening through other amazing fans, who I call grandfathers of Everton in USA, so I just helped out as much as I could. My first tour took place in 2015, with the best, 2024, drawing almost 150 travellers!

Today, my son(s) and I travel over 2-5 times a year and we sit in the family enclosure.
