TICKET INFORMATION 

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture. 

The Chelsea ticketing policy states that supporters under the age of 16 years need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18 years) to gain access to Stamford Bridge.  

Supporters who have ticketing issues on the day of the game should visit the ticket office at Stamford Bridge, located in the Shed End stand next to the Megastore. Supporters collecting pre-arranged duplicate tickets are advised to take photo ID with them.

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the Stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION 

The recommended entrance to the site for Visiting Supporters is via Stamford Gate which is nearest to the visiting supporters’ turnstiles. Turnstiles are open 2 hours before kick-off and supporters are strongly encouraged to arrive early to support pre-match security checks.  

Chelsea FC operates a two Stage queuing procedure to co-ordinate and moderate the flow of supporters to the turnstiles to ensure safe entry into the Stadium. This includes pre-entry checks, body and bag searches and electronic ticket scan.  

During these procedures it may be necessary to temporarily hold supporters at cordon points to achieve a safe and steady flow through to the turnstiles. 

Tickets will be located in blocks SL1 – SL4 in the lower tier and SU1 – SU4B in the upper tier. 

Stamford Bridge is a cashless stadium. All payments at the stadium will be contactless and cash will not be accepted.  

A full range of refreshments are available from the concourse kiosks, and these are card payment only.  

No bags larger than A4 will be permitted into the stadium. This equates to 30cm x 20cm x 10cm, approximately the size of a standard handbag. It is requested supporters avoid bringing bags where possible to assist with pre-match security checks.  

Baggage deposit facilities will not be available, so fans are strongly advised not to take any large bags to Stamford Bridge. 

There is a limited amount of space to display banners and flags within the Stadium and Chelsea advises they must be no larger than 80cm in depth and 250cm in width. Banners and flags must not obstruct the view of others, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard. Banners and flags must not display any abusive or threatening words, images, political statements or be deemed unacceptable.  

Accessible Information: 

Stamford Bridge have up to nine accessible disabled parking spaces (not all located at the stadium) which can be booked on a first come, first served basis. To enquire about a booking, supporters are advised to Chelsea on 0371 811 2012 (UK) or 0044 207 917 1950 (International) between office hours.

There are a number of accessible toilets at Stamford Bridge which are installed with Radar Key access only. Some stewards carry Radar Keys. However, we do advise supporters bring their own. 

Matchday Commentary is available and visually impaired supporters can collect a free earpiece from window seven at the main ticket office on matchday. 

Stamford Bridge has an accessible drop-off and pick-up point, situated by the main entrance to Stamford Gate. These facilities are steward-controlled on match days. Please note, on matchday Fulham Road is closed to traffic. This can be up to two and a half hours prior to the match and is closed again following half-time. The road can also remain closed for up to two hours after a match. Please also note, on some occasions the road can remain closed for the duration of the match. Therefore, there will be no access to Fulham Road for any vehicles during the road closure, once closure has been enforced. 

TRAVEL INFORMATION 

Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to travelling to the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances. 

By Road:  

Driving from the North, East or West: Use the M25 to Junction 15 and turn off onto the M4 towards London. Follow the M4 which becomes the A4 up to Hammersmith. Go over the Hammersmith Flyover and a further one and a half miles before turning off for Earls Court. Go past Earls Court station and across Old Brompton Road, eventually reaching Fulham Road. Turn right at the traffic lights. After 600 yards, the ground is on the right. Parking close to the ground is very limited. 

Driving from the south: Cross the River Thames at Wandsworth Bridge and head up Wandsworth Bridge Road. At the junction with New King’s Road, turn right and then immediately left. This will take you up to Fulham Broadway. Turn right onto Fulham Road and the ground is 400 yards on the left. Parking is very limited close to the ground. 

Road Closures: Please note that Fulham Road between Harwood Road and Hortensia Road closes one and a half hours before kick-off with traffic being diverted along King’s Road. No access will be permitted during this time. The road will normally re-open approximately one hour after the end of the match. 

Parking 

Tube/Rail: The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line. If changing at Earls Court Station take a Wimbledon-bound tube. There are two Overground stations near to Stamford Bridge, West Brompton and Imperial Wharf, which are approximately a 15-minute walk from the stadium. These are both on a direct line between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction. Fulham Broadway tube station is wheelchair accessible. The station also has lift access. 

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY ANNOUCEMENT

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items is liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban. 

Pitch Encroachment: Encroachment on the playing surface is dangerous and any supporter who does access the pitch without permission will face strong sanctions that could include a ban from attending matches across the country. It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch and the real-life consequences for these actions have been felt by many with some fans receiving criminal records which can impact employment, education prospects and international travel. 

Anti-Social or Criminal Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on the concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case of more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent nationwide stadium ban. 

The Club is compelled to work with the authorities to identify any individuals who take part in such unacceptable behaviour.  

CCTV is available to clubs and law enforcement authorities and can be used as evidence in enforcing bans and criminal prosecution in the days and weeks after any incident has occurred, regardless of whether any perpetrators have been detained on a matchday or not.
