Auto Cup Scheme

All the information on the Auto Cup Scheme.

What is the AutoCup Scheme?

The AutoCup Scheme allows Season Ticket holders to sign up for cup matches in advance to avoid the inconvenience of purchasing on a match to match basis, and without paying any booking fees.

This scheme is exclusive to Season Ticket holders, and when subscribing to the home cup matches their Seasoncard will be automatically activated once payment has been processed. It is also the only way to guarantee a Season Ticket Holder the cheapest possible price and in most cases guarantee the same seat. Full details are available in the ticket terms and conditions.

How much does it cost?

It's free to subscribe. The value of the ticket will be deducted from the Season Ticket holder's credit/debit card automatically once details are known. No credit/debit card fees or booking fees will be applied.

Failed payments will result in non-entry to the game and will be subject to an administration charge of £10. Failure to resolve payment will result in exclusion from the scheme. Participation in the scheme will be cancelled in the result that two failed payments occur.

How can I sign up?

By opting in online, at the point of purchase. You will not be able to sign up to the scheme over the phone or in person at the Goodison Park Box Office.

Can I use my Maestro card to make payments for the AutoCup Scheme?

No unfortunately not. Due to banking requirements it is only permitted to take unspecified amounts at unspecified times using a credit card or Delta. Debit cards such as Maestro, Electron and Solo cannot be accepted.

When will payment be taken?

Where possible, we will endeavour to notify Season Ticket holders of prices and payment dates at least 14 days prior to the match.

This can often be restrictive however and is often dependent upon the period of time between rounds in any given Cup competition.

Notification will be given on the Everton website at evertonfc.com, in Everton publications and in the Everton Fan Centre.

What happens if I don't have sufficient funds when the payment is taken?

Where possible we will notify you in writing with regard to any failed payments within 7 days of the payment date.

Failed payments will result in non-entry to the game and will be subject to an administration charge of £10. Failure to resolve payment will result in exclusion from the scheme. Participation in the scheme will be cancelled in the result that two failed payments occur.

Can I cancel if I don't want to go to a game?

You are not permitted to cancel single matches, but you are entitled to cancel your entire participation in the appropriate scheme, however you will not be permitted to re-apply during that same season.

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the next chargeable game to: Everton Box Office, Goodison Park, Liverpool, L4 4EL.
If tickets have already been issued, they should be returned with the written cancellation notice.

Why do I need to advise you if my expiry date changes?

The number on each credit card is unique and its validity is checked by a 'modulus checker'. With most credit card companies the expiry date is included in the modulus checker, and if the date is invalid or has expired the payment will be rejected.
