A: Unfortunately, you will need to purchase in another block. Digital away tickets are only available via digital download to your smartphone.
Q: I have a smartphone but it does not have digital ticket capabilities. I would like to take part in this trial. How can I do this?
A: Unfortunately, you will need to purchase in another block. Digital away tickets are only available via digital download to your smartphone and your smartphone must be compatible with digital tickets.
Alternatively, you can have more than one ticket on a device, so you can ask a fellow attendee to download your ticket on to their smartphone. In this instance, you would be required to enter the ground at the same time and via the same turnstile.
Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets purchased as part of this trial will be sent via email for digital download approximately 48 hours before the fixture.
Q: I have purchased a ticket for myself and my child. My child does not have a smart phone. How will I get their ticket?
A: You can download multiple tickets onto one device, so you will be sent both tickets via email for digital download. If you are not comfortable with this, please contact the Box Office to move your seats.
Q: I purchased four tickets, one for myself and three for my friends and family. Will I get all four tickets sent to me?
A: Each supporter will receive their own unique download link to the email address registered on their ticketing account. Should any supporters have difficulty accessing their emails or do not have an email address, we will send an email to the lead purchaser who can then share this download link with the supporter.
Q: What happens if my ticket does not download?
A: Please contact the Fan Centre either at email@example.com or by calling 0151 556 1878 and we can arrange for you to receive a new download link.
Q: What will happen if my ticket does not work on the day?
A: Members of Everton’s Fan Centre team will be on hand at the turnstiles to help with any queries and to assist you with getting into the ground.
Q: I have purchased tickets in another section of the away area and would like a digital ticket. Can I have one?
A: No. Only supporters who are part of this trial can have a digital download. All other sections will be standard paper tickets.
Q: How do I download the ticket?
A: You download your ticket in the same way as your Season Ticket, or home match tickets. If you have not done this before, click the link on the email you receive, follow the instructions on your Apple or Android device and save the ticket(s) to your Apple or Google wallet.
Q: How do I enter the stadium?
A: This is the same as using your Season Ticket or digital match ticket at Goodison Park. Open either your Apple or Google wallet to access your ticket(s) and hold your device over the reader. Once the light goes green, you can then proceed through the turnstile. Members of Everton’s Fan Centre team will be on hand at the turnstiles to help with any queries and to assist you with getting into the ground if necessary.
