Paying for your Season Ticket 


Paying In Full 
 

 

You can pay for your Season Ticket in one instalment online by logging into your account once the renewal window has opened. Alternatively, you can renew your Season Ticket over the phone by calling the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 or by visiting the Goodison Road Box Office in person. 

Direct Debit  

 

You can apply to finance your Season Ticket and repay the credit over 12, 11 or 10 monthly Direct Debit payments, which represents a great way to spread the cost of your Season Ticket. 

**. A nine-month Direct Debit scheme will be on offer to any supporters who gain a Season Ticket through the Season Ticket Waiting List from Monday 15 until Wednesday 31 May 2023. 

All Evertonians over the age of 18 who hold a valid bank or building society account that accepts Direct Debit and are residents in the UK can apply. Please be aware, if you decide to select this option, a £30 transaction fee applies per transaction and will be added to the cost of your Season Ticket purchase. For any supporters under the age of 18, the credit agreement must be in the name of a parent/guardian aged 18 or over. 

The 12-month Direct Debit payment plan will ONLY be available from Wednesday 1 February 2022 until Tuesday 28 February 2023. An 11-month payment plan will be available from Wednesday 1 March 2023 until Friday 31 March 2023. The 10-month payment plan will be available from Saturday 1 April until the renewal deadline on Friday 28 April.  

Direct Debit – Auto Renewal 

Any Season Ticket Members on an existing Auto-Renewal scheme will benefit from the automatic renewal of their seat for the 2023/24 season. Auto-Renewals will be processed on Thursday 9 February (subject to a credit check by our payment service provider Premium Credit). The first payment will then be taken in early March.  

Supporters on Auto-Renewal are not required to do anything before this time.

**Payments will be collected by Direct Debit on the first working day of each month (starting the month following the application deadline) and cannot be changed under ANY circumstances. However, if an application is received and processed in the last six working days of the month then the first payment will be collected by Direct Debit within 10 working days of the start of the following month and will resume on the first of each month thereafter.

Credit to pay for your Season Ticket is provided by Premium Credit Ltd of Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8UX. Premium Credit Ltd is a lender authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration 702718).  

Credit is provided subject to status. Terms and conditions apply Over 18s only. If you do not keep up with the repayments on your credit agreement, your Season Ticket may be cancelled.    

If you choose to finance the cost of your Season Ticket, your personal information and the bank details you provide to us on the Direct Debit Instruction will be passed to Premium Credit to apply for credit. In assessing your application, they will search the public information that a credit reference agency holds about you. The credit reference agency will add details of the search and your application to their record about you whether or not your application proceeds. This and other information about you may be used to make credit decisions about you and undertake checks for the prevention and detection of money laundering. If your application is accepted, they’ll send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions and commence collection of your repayments. They will send a credit agreement to every supporter by post or, in the first instance, will send a welcome email with a link to sign the credit agreement online. Failure to sign and return the credit agreement will result in a £10 charge being applied to the credit agreement. For Junior ticket purchases the credit agreement must be in the name of a parent/guardian aged 18 or over. First Direct Debit payment will be taken in the month following completion of your Season Ticket purchase. Confirmation of the payment dates will be sent out once the application has been processed. All agreements are live from the point of purchase and payments will commence on schedule from the date the transaction is processed. Missed payments will incur a £27.50 default charge. If purchasing more than one ticket, you can minimise your processing fees by adding them together under a single application. We are still happy to take individual applications if you prefer.
