Paying for your Season Ticket

Paying In One Instalment  

You can pay for your Season Ticket in one instalment online at any time during the renewal window by logging into your ticketing account Alternatively, you can renew your Season Ticket over the phone by calling the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878. The final renewal deadline is on Friday 26 April 2024.   

Spreading the cost by paying by monthly Direct Debit  

You can apply to finance your Season Ticket and repay the credit over 10, nine or eight monthly Direct Debit payments, which represents a great way to spread the cost of your Season Ticket. 

All Evertonians over the age of 18 who hold a valid bank or building society account which supports Direct Debit payments and are residents in the UK can apply. Credit is subject to status and affordability. Terms and conditions apply. Please be aware, if you decide to select this option, a £40 transaction fee applies per transaction and will be added to the cost of your Season Ticket purchase. For any supporters under the age of 18, the credit agreement must be in the name of a parent/guardian aged 18 or over. 

Credit for you to pay your season ticket is provided by Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey. KT22 8UX a lender authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is very important you read the PCL privacy notice at www.premiumcredit.com/

Your personal information and the bank details you provide on the Direct Debit Instruction will be passed to Premium Credit Limited (PCL) and they will contact you via email or text and send you PDF or Word documents.  

In assessing your application, they will perform credit and identity checks on you with one or more credit reference agencies (“CRAs”), as well as periodic searches at CRAs to manage your account with them. They will supply your personal information to CRAs and they will give information  

about you, including information about your financial situation and history. CRAs will supply both public (including the electoral register) and shared information about credit, financial situation, financial history and fraud prevention. When CRAs receive a search they will place a search footprint  

on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders. PCL will use this information to: assess your creditworthiness and whether you can afford the product; verify the accuracy of the data you provide; prevent criminal activity, fraud and money laundering; manage your account(s), trace and  

recover debts; and ensure other offers provided to you are appropriate. PCL will continue to exchange information about you with CRAs while you have a relationship with them and inform CRAs about any arrears and settled accounts. If you borrow and don’t repay on time, CRAs will record  

outstanding debt. This information may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs. The identities of the CRAs, their role as fraud prevention agencies, the data they hold, the ways in which they use and share personal information, data retention periods and your data protection rights with the CRAs are explained in more detail in the Credit Reference Agencies Information Notice (CRAIN) which can be found at:

If your application is approved, Premium Credit will send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions, provide a credit agreement for you to sign online or return by post. You should read this together with the pre-contract information carefully.   

You may be charged £10 if you do not return a signed credit agreement. Premium Credit may begin collecting your Direct Debits before receiving your signed credit agreement to pay for services you are receiving. Your credit agreement may be cancelled if you do not keep up repayments. 

If your credit agreement is cancelled the services we provide many be cancelled. 

The 10-month Direct Debit payment plan will ONLY be available from Thursday 15 February 2024 until Tuesday 29 February 2024. A nine-month payment plan will be available from Friday 1 March 2024 until Sunday 31 March 2024. The eight-month payment plan will be available from Monday 1 April until the renewal deadline on Friday 26 April. A seven-month Direct Debit scheme will be on offer to any supporters who gain a Season Ticket through the Season Ticket Waiting List between Monday 13 May until Friday 17 May 2024.

The assumed credit limit of £1200 is a figure that we must use so that you can easily compare products. 

**Payments will be collected by Direct Debit on the first working day of each month (starting the month following the application deadline) and cannot be changed under ANY circumstances. However, if an application is received and processed in the last six working days of the month then the first payment will be collected by Direct Debit within 10 working days of the start of the following month and will resume on the first of each month thereafter.

Credit is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply Over 18s only. If you do not keep up with the repayments on your credit agreement your credit agreement and your Season Ticket may be cancelled.    

Failure to sign and return the credit agreement will result in cancellation of your plan. You will then need to provide payment in full directly to Everton Football Club using an alternative payment method.  

For Junior ticket purchases the credit agreement must be in the name of a parent/guardian aged 18 or over. The first Direct Debit payment will be taken in the month following completion of your Season Ticket purchase. Confirmation of the payment dates will be sent to you in your Welcome Letter from Premium Credit Ltd. Premium Credit may collect your direct debits before they have your signed credit agreement to pay for any services you are receiving.  

Missed payments will incur a £27.50 default charge.  

If purchasing more than one ticket, you can minimise your processing fees by adding them together under a single application. We are still happy to take individual applications if you prefer.
