2024/25 Season Ticket FAQs

All you need to know about the Season Ticket renewal process for 2024/25. 

When can I purchase my Season Ticket for 2024/25? 

The Season Ticket renewal window will open at 10am on Thursday 15 February 2024. Season Ticket Members wishing to pay for their seat in one instalment can do so from the moment the renewal window opens.  

Supporters can also opt to take advantage of one of the Club’s Direct Debit payment plans to help spread the cost of their seat (see ‘How can I pay?’).  

Any Season Ticket Members who are already on a Direct Debit Auto-Renewal will not be required to do anything immediately as their seat will be automatically renewed. For supporters on this scheme, the first of 10 monthly payments will be taken in early March 2024.  

Season Ticket Members wishing to opt out of Auto-Renewal will have the chance to do so using a link that will be provided to them via email on Friday 2 February. If a supporter wants to change from a 10-month payment plan to a nine or eight-month payment plan, they will need to opt out of the Auto-Renewal scheme and manually renew at the relevant time (see ‘How can I pay?’). 

The final deadline to renew your Season Ticket will be 5pm on Friday 26 April 2024.  

How can I renew my Season Ticket for 2024/25? 

1) You can renew your Season Ticket online by visiting the ‘Tickets’ section on evertonfc.com or the Official Everton App and clicking through to your online account. Your seat will be displayed under the ‘Season Ticket’ tab, ready for you to add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout. 

2) You can call the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 and speak to a member of the team, who will be happy to answer any queries you may have prior to purchase and/or process your renewal over the phone. 

3) Supporters can renew their Season Ticket in person by visiting the Fan Centre Ticket Office on Goodison Road. Opening hours are as follows:

How can I pay? 

Supporters can renew their Season Ticket by paying in one instalment (either on a credit or debit card) when purchasing online, over the phone or at the Fan Centre Ticket Office on Goodison Road. Supporters can also pay with cash when purchasing in person.  

Alternatively, supporters can apply to finance their Season Ticket and repay the credit on a 10, nine or eight-month payment plan, provided by Premium Credit. A list of the corresponding application deadline dates by which to apply is detailed below. A seven-month Direct Debit plan will be available to any supporters who gain a Season Ticket via the Season Ticket Waiting List once the renewal window has closed.

Payments will be collected by Direct Debit on the first working day of each month (starting the month following the application deadline), with the last payment to be taken on Monday 2 December 2024*.  

*If an application is received and processed in the last six working days of the month, the first payment will be taken within 10 working days of the following month and will then be taken on the first working day of each month thereafter.  

Will my Season Ticket Auto-Renew for 2024/25? 

Season Ticket Members who paid via Direct Debit for the 2023/24 season are automatically registered for Auto-Renewal. Auto-Renewal makes keeping your seat at Goodison as easy as possible at a time when demand is higher than ever to watch Everton. 

Season Ticket Members who have an active agreement with Premium Credit, pass a credit check and are not in arrears at the time of renewal, will be Auto-Renewed. Accounts that are in default will not be eligible for renewal until their outstanding balance is settled. All agreements via Premium Credit will be subject to a credit search and, if unsuccessful, this decision cannot be overruled by Everton.

I've got credit on my account. Can I use that to purchase my Season Ticket?  

Yes. Supporters can use any existing credit balance towards the cost of their 2024/25 Season Ticket(s) at the point of renewal. This can be applied online or over the phone. Any ticket credit accrued after your renewal has been processed cannot be applied retrospectively. 

Supporters who have collected points through the Club’s loyalty scheme, Everton Rewards, can use their saved points towards the cost of their 2024/25 Season Ticket. When purchasing your Season Ticket online, simply choose the number of points you wish to spend when at the checkout stage (you can pay in part or full for your items with points) and press 'Spend'. Your basket total (the amount left to pay) will automatically update and you can then complete your purchase as normal.

Please note, in order to spend points on your Everton Season Ticket at the checkout, you must have a minimum of 1,000 points in your Everton Rewards account and have set or confirmed your goal within the last 12 months. Supporters can also collect Everton Rewards points against the cost of their Season Ticket, with one point being collected for every £1 spent. The points transaction and cash transactions are treated separately.  

Will I get a new Season Ticket card for 2024/25? 

Each Season Ticket Member will receive a Digital Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season, available via the Official Everton App. Instructions on how to access and use the Digital Season Ticket will be provided later in the year. You can choose to purchase a physical card at an additional charge of £10 per card. This is part of the Club’s Everton for Change initiative and in line with our commitment to continue reducing our carbon footprint and the use of non-essential plastics. Physical cards are dispatched within a fulfilment pack which also contains a letter detailing your renewed seat details and a small fan memento. 

Season Ticket Members have the option to retain both a Digital Season Ticket and a physical season card and can choose to use either on a matchday to access their seat at Goodison Park. Whichever is used to access the stadium will invalidate the other at the point of access via the turnstile. 

Why will all Season Ticket Members get a Digital Season Ticket? 

Prior to season 2021/22, the plastic cards produced for all Season Ticket Members, if laid end to end, would have stretched from Goodison Park to Everton Stadium. Coupled with the transit between providers for printing and shipping, the carbon footprint of providing season cards was significant. And, whilst a number of clubs are moving to entirely Digital Season Ticket solutions, we appreciate that providing fans with a choice remains important. 

Season Ticket Members will be offered a Digital Season Ticket as standard but can purchase physical season cards at an additional charge of £10 per card. 

Why is there a £10 charge for a physical season card? 

The charge covers the production and fulfilment of a season card. The Club is also keen to incentivise the adoption of the digital solution to support our commitment to the environment through the Everton for Change initiative. 

Are Digital Season Tickets transferable? 

Season Ticket Members unable to make a game will be able to assign or transfer their seat via the Ticket Transfer Portal, or by listing their seat on the Club’s official Resale Platform. More information about each can be found via the links below:

Will supporters be able to have multiple Digital Season Tickets on one device? 

Yes. One person can download multiple passes to their device and select each pass to be individually scanned at the point of entry. However, a single Digital Season Ticket cannot be held on multiple devices. 

I am on the Season Ticket waiting list. Am I likely to get a Season Ticket in 2024/25? 
Exactly how many seats will be made available to new Season Ticket Members will depend on the rate of renewals. For the 2023/24 season, only a very limited number of Season Tickets became available.    

Should Season Tickets become available for 2024/25, supporters at the top of Tier One of the Season Ticket waiting list will be offered the opportunity to purchase in early May 2024.

How do I join the Season Ticket waiting list?

The waiting list is ordered by two tiers, with Tier One receiving priority over Tier Two. To qualify for Tier One of the waiting list, you must be an Official Member. Tier Two is for any supporters who have joined the waiting list but are not currently Official Members.

I am a current Season Ticket Member. How long will my seat be held for? 

To guarantee your existing seat for 2024/25, Season Ticket Members must renew by 5pm on Friday 26 April 2024. 

Can I change the name of the person on my Season Ticket? 

If you are an existing Season Ticket Member wishing to keep your seat but to change the name assigned to that seat, please contact us either via servicedesk@evertonfc.com or by post: Goodison Road Box Office, Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, L4 4EL. Please include the full information relating to the requested name change and also the details (name, address and contact) of the person who will be taking over the Season Ticket, if applicable. 

Do I qualify for a concessionary Season Ticket? 

To qualify for a concessionary Season Ticket, the applicant must meet the following age criteria: 

A Kid is defined as a person aged 10 years or younger on 1 September 2024 

A Junior is defined as a person aged 11 to 17 years on 1 September 2024 

A Young Adult 18-21 is defined as a person aged 18 to 21 on 1 September 2024 

A Young Adult 22-24 is defined as a person aged 22 to 24 on 1 September 2024 

An Adult is defined as a person aged 25 to 64 on 1 September 2024 

A Senior is defined as a person aged 65 or over on 1 September 2024 

A 90+ Senior is defined as a person aged 90 or over on 1 September 2024 

Please note, a copy of a birth certificate or passport must be provided when purchasing a Kid, Junior, Young Adult or Senior Season Ticket. 

Are there any additional charges over and above Season Ticket prices?  

 If you are applying for credit and repaying your Season Ticket over 10, nine, eight or seven monthly payments, there is a £40 transaction fee per transaction (i.e., one £40 transaction fee, regardless of the number of Season Tickets you are purchasing as part of that transaction. For example, if you are buying Season Tickets for a family of four in the same transaction, you will only pay one transaction fee payment). 

I would like to move my seat for the 2024/25 season. Will I be able to? 

Season Ticket Members who would like to move their seat can apply for a seat transfer through the Fan Centre once the renewal window opens on Thursday 15 February. Requests to move a seat will be prioritised by date of application (subject to the relevant Season Ticket being renewed at the time of submission) and the availability within the preferred stand. Applications must be made before Friday 26 April 2024.  

Will there be an AutoCup Scheme?  

Season Ticket Members can sign up to guarantee their seat for cup fixtures in advance (where applicable). Any Season Ticket discounted ticket prices are automatically applied for each cup fixture and signing up to the scheme guarantees your own seat*, rather than you having to pay on a match-by-match basis. 

How much does the AutoCup Scheme cost? 

It's free to subscribe. The value of the ticket will be deducted from the Season Ticket Member’s credit/debit card automatically once ticket details are known for the relevant games. No card processing fees will be applied. Season Ticket Members on the AutoCup Scheme are advised to ensure funds are available in their account once Everton progresses through a cup round. In the event of a quick turnaround of home cup matches (when a home tie follows a home replay, for example), a first attempt to take payment may need to be made within 24 hours of the previous round’s fixture being completed.    

When will payment be taken for cup matches? 

Where possible, we will endeavour to notify Season Ticket Members of prices and payment dates at least 14 days prior to the match. This, however, is often dependent upon the period of time between rounds in any given cup competition and Season Ticket Members on the AutoCup Scheme are therefore advised to ensure funds are available in their account once Everton progresses through a cup round. 

Notification on fixture dates will be given on evertonfc.com, in Everton publications, and in the Everton Fan Centre. 

What happens if my season card gets lost, stolen or damaged?  

You should notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately. The lost, stolen or damaged Season Ticket (digital or card) will be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. There is a £10 administration fee for any replacement physical season card as a result of the original being lost, stolen or damaged. 

The duplicate Season Ticket will only be issued when proof of identification has been shown. Only one duplicate Season Ticket will be issued per season, and you will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club.  

I’ve purchased a physical season card. What happens if I forget my season card? Am I able to use my Digital Season Ticket? 

Yes, your Digital Season Ticket will allow you access through the turnstiles into Goodison Park.

Who is eligible? 

All supporters currently paying via Premium Credit and with a live agreement will be eligible for Auto-Renewal. If the final payment due on Thursday 1 February 2024 is not collected successfully, the Auto-Renewal application will not be submitted. It is also essential that the Direct Debit mandate remains active after the final instalment is collected. 

When will my payment be taken?  

Payments will be taken on the first of each month and cannot be altered. In the event that the first of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment will be taken on the next working day.    

Can I opt-out of Auto-Renewal?  

All Season Ticket Members on Auto-Renewal were given the opportunity to opt out by 12 February 2024. Those that opted out may still renew their Season Ticket by using and alternative payment method and renewing by the deadline of 5pm 26 April 2024. 

I would like to amend bank details or other information on my existing Direct Debit plan. What should I do? 

Please contact the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 so an advisor can ensure we have the correct information.  

Will a credit check be performed? 

A credit check will be performed between the final opt-out date (Monday 12 February 2024) and Wednesday 28 February 2024. However, previous payment history with Premium Credit will also be considered and factored into the final decision. 

When will my first instalment be collected? 

Supporters who are successfully Auto-Renewed will see their first payment for season 2024/25 collected on, or shortly after, Friday 1 March. The final instalment will be taken on Monday 2 December 2024. 

Premium Credit Terms and Conditions 

Credit is provided subject to status. Terms and conditions apply, including a £40 transaction fee. Credit is available to over-18s only. If you do not keep up the repayments on your credit agreement, your Season Ticket may be cancelled. In accordance with Responsible Lending and Affordability, the Club reserves the right to cancel a Season Ticket if monthly payments are not kept up-to-date. 


How can I purchase the Goodison Park Commemorative Pack? 

If you are yet to renew your Season Ticket for the 2024/25 campaign, you can add The Goodison Park Commemorative Pack to your renewal by heading to your ticketing account and selecting your Season Ticket(s) for renewal. You will then have the option to add the pack to your basket before proceeding to your payment options and checking out. 

If you have already renewed your Season Ticket but would like to retrospectively purchase the Commemorative Pack, phone the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878. 
Season Tickets Members who are subscribed to the Auto-Renewal scheme have been emailed with information about how to purchase the pack.  

I’ve already renewed my Season Ticket. Can I purchase the The Goodison Park Commemorative Pack? 

Yes, you can still purchase the Commemorative Pack. Please contact the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 to add the pack to your Season Ticket purchase. 

How can I pay for my pack?  

Season Ticket Members are able to make a one-off payment via debit or credit card. Alternatively, Season Ticket Members who pay by Direct Debit will be able to add the pack to their overall Season Ticket balance and spread the total cost over 10, nine or eight months depending on when they opt to renew*. 

*Credit is provided subject to status. Terms and conditions apply, including a transaction fee. Credit is available to over 18s only.    

What does the pack include? 

A 400mm x 305mm presentation box fronted Each pack will be fronted with a personalised Season Ticket showing the supporter’s name, stand and seat number for the 2024/25 campaign. This information will be taken from the account details linked to the order.  
The presentation box contains:

  • A map depicting L4, etched out of wood and featuring a 3D Goodison Park, sat in a high-quality frame and ready to hang  
  • A series of six pin badges celebrating some of our famous crests and their role in the Goodison story  
  • An exclusively-designed metal sign, created to replicate the former entrance on Goodison Road  
  • A print portfolio comprising iconic photographs of the stadium, past and present 

When will I receive my Goodison Park Commemorative Pack?  

You will receive your Goodison Park Commemorative Pack ahead of the 2024/25 Season. Postage and packaging are priced at £10. Postage will be tracked in the United Kingdom.
