Everton Rewards

Everton Rewards is the rewards and loyalty programme. As an Everton supporter, you can sign up and collect points which can then be redeemed when making eligible purchases with Everton, including tickets, Official Membership and tours. This privacy notice applies to how Everton process your personal information when you sign up to Everton Rewards.

Everton Rewards is operated by R4G Limited (R4G). By signing up to Everton Rewards you are agreeing to R4G’s terms and conditions and privacy notice. The R4G Everton Rewards privacy statement can be found here. It explains in more detail how the personal information of programme members is used.

How do we use your data?	When you sign up to Everton Rewards, the Club will share your basic account information, and where relevant the joining transaction or offer. The Club will continue to share qualifying transactions of Everton Rewards Members with R4G for points to be credited or debited on your account. The data received by R4G will be used in accordance with the Everton Rewards Member Agreement and privacy notice. This will include the administration of your Everton Rewards account. R4G are independent of the Club and the Club are not responsible for R4G’s data processing activities. R4G will share with the Club information about your Everton Rewards account, including your engagement with Everton Rewards, your engagement with other Everton channels such as through social media and surveys, transactional activity including purchases with other R4G partners and other information which allows Everton to better understand the characteristics and behaviours of supporters who use Everton Rewards. The Club may use this data to assess whether additional promotions and offers may be of interest to you. You have a right to object to this processing by contacting either R4G or the Club.
Where does your data come from?	Data will come directly from you and your transactions. Data will include your transactions with retail partners on the Everton Rewards website. Data will be shared between the Club and Everton Rewards.
What data does Everton collect?	Your name and other relevant identifiers. Your qualifying transactions for earning points with Everton Rewards From R4G, Everton will collect which third parties you have transacted with From R4G, Everton will collect the value and associated points of your transactions
How long does Everton keep your data?	Everton will retain your details for 6 years after your last engagement with the Club.
Who does Everton share your data with?	Everton share your data with R4G, the independent operators of the Everton Rewards programme.
What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?	Performance of a contract or pre-contract – Article 6 1 (b) UK GDPR. Legitimate Interests – Article 6 1 (f) UK GDPR. You can object to Everton processing your characteristics and behaviours (profiling) by contacting the Data Protection Officer at anytime.
