Where does your data come from?	The data will come directly from you or your colleagues who engage with the Club.
What data do we collect?	Your name, job title and other relevant identifiers. Professional contact information, such as your employer and work email address. Accreditation pass, which may include a photograph. Transaction history with the Club.
How long do we keep your data?	We will retain your details for the period relevant to your engagement purpose with the Club. For media reports with historic value, this may be indefinite.
Who do we share your data with?	Everton employees responsible for media engagement. Everton employees responsible for match day accreditation.
What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?	Legitimate Interests – Article 6 1(f) UK GDPR.
