Where does your data come from?	The data will come directly from you or your representative.
What data do we collect?	Your name. Your shareholdings. Your contact information, including address.
How long do we keep your data?	The data will be retained indefinitely as a public record.
Who do we share your data with?	The company's Registrar, Link Asset Services, for shareholder administration. Everton does not share your information with the Shareholders Association.
What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?	Legal obligation – Article 6 1 (c).
