How do we use your data?​

EitC collects personal information about our participants to run and monitor our projects, obtain and administer our funding arrangements and comply with our legal obligations.​

Where does your data come from?​

• Data will come directly from you.​
• It may be received by EitC through a third such as EventBrite.​

What data do we collect?​

• Your name and other relevant identifiers. ¹ | ²​
• Your contact information, such as your email address and phone number. ¹ | ²​
• Equality and diversity data, such as ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender. ¹ | ²​
• Medical information, if necessary for your project. ¹ | ² | ³​
• Criminal record history, if necessary for your project. ¹ | ²

​You may request your permission to take photographs and / or case studies. This would always be explained to you and only collected with your explicit consent. ​

How long do we keep your data?​

We will retain your details for 6 years after the end of your project engagement.​

Photographs and publications may be retained indefinitely.​

Who do we share your data with?​

• Everton employees responsible for project delivery or administration.​
• Third parties supporting our project delivery.​
• Project commissioners for project monitoring and evaluation.​

What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?​

• Consent – Article 6 1 (a) and Article 9 2 (a) UK GDPR.¹​

You can withdraw consent at anytime. If you withdraw or do not provide consent, we may be unable to provide the services and support you require.​

• Performance of a contract – Article 6 1 (b) UK GDPR.²​
• Vital interests – Article 9 2 (c) UK GDPR.³​
