How do we use your data?

 If you subscribe to an Everton Lottery your information is used to administer the lottery including adding you to the draw and payment of any winnings.

Where does your data come from?

  • Data will come directly from you.

What data do we collect?

  • Your name, subscriber ID and other relevant identifiers.¹
  • Contact information, such as your postal and email address.¹
  • Financial information, including cost of your subscription (number of lines) and payment details.¹
  • If you win, you may be asked to participate in marketing activities including the Lottery Newsletter.²

How long do we keep your data?

  • We will retain your details for 6 years after your last lottery entry.

Who do we share your data with?

  • Everton employees responsible for lottery administration.
  • Sterling Lotteries, who are the Lottery operator.
  • Third parties necessary for payment of subscriptions and winnings.

What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?

  • Performance of a contract – Article 6 1 (b) UK GDPR.¹
  • Consent – Article 6 1 (a) UK GDPR.²
