How do we use your data?

Your data is used to manage our events, support our fundraisers and process fundraising payments.

We may also use the data collected to keep in touch with you and to better understand our supporters, allowing us to fundraise more effectively.

Where does your data come from?

  • Data will come directly from you.
  • It may be received by EitC through a third party supporting our fundraising events, such as JustGiving or EventBrite.

What data do we collect?

  • Your name and other relevant identifiers.
  • Your contact information, such as your email address.
  • Photographs.
  • Fundraising activities, including which events you are supporting.
  • Financial information to process funds.
  • Additional information, if relevant to a particular event.

How long do we keep your data?

  • We will retain your details for 6 years.
  • Photographs and publications may be retained indefinitely.

Who do we share your data with?

  • Everton employees responsible for fundraising events, processing payments and marketing activities.
  • Third parties supporting our fundraising activities.

What is the legal requirement being met for this activity?

  • Consent – Article 6 1 (a) UK GDPR.

You can withdraw consent at anytime. If you withdraw or do not provide consent, we may be unable to provide the services and support you require.

  • Performance of a contract – Article 6 1 (b) UK GDPR.
