Emily Ramsey initially moved to Everton in 2022 from Manchester United on a one-year loan deal before signing permanently for the Blues in July 2023, penning a three-year contract.
Born and raised in Salford, Ramsey joined Manchester United’s academy in 2010 at the age of nine.
She earned a clean sheet in her debut for Everton in a 1-0 home win over Leicester City in a 1-0 in September 2022.
Her second appearance was another to remember as ‘Rambo’ made two excellent saves in a penalty shootout against Aston Villa in the Continental League Cup.
In February 2023, Ramsey was called up to be in Sarina Wiegman’s England camp for the 2023 Arnold Clark Cup but suffered an injury in camp and had to return to Finch Farm prematurely.
She made her comeback in May 2023 and finished the season with nine appearances across all competitions.
