England Under-23s international Abbey-Leigh Stringer arrived at Everton from Birmingham City in the summer of 2018.
A technically-gifted midfielder who boasts impressive vision and strength, Stringer made her Blue Girls debut in the Continental Cup tie at Durham. She went on to make 16 appearances during her debut campaign.
The Nuneaton-born midfielder begun her career with the Midlands side, enjoying a loan spell at neighbours Aston Villa in 2015.
She helped Birmingham reach the finals of both of the Continental Cup and FA Women's Cup during her time with City, before linking up with Everton.
With England, she has represented the Lionesses at Under-17, Under-19, Under-20 and under-23 level. She was part the Lionesses team that reached the final of the European Under-19 Championships in 2013.
