Daniel Lowey

Liverpool-born left-back Daniel Lowey joined Everton aged 10.

A strong one-on-one defender, Lowey has also got an eye for a pass and enjoys bursting forward into the final third.

He made 14 league appearances for Everton Under-18s in 2020/21 and his growing status in the side was highlighted when he was named captain for the young Blues' final game of the season at Newcastle United. Lowey marked the occasion with a goal in a 4-2 Everton victory.

Lowey also made his Everton Under-23s debut during the campaign, playing the final 14 minutes of a 1-1 home draw with Brighton & Hove Albion in April 2021.

Legendary Everton left-back Leighton Baines is Lowey's football hero, while he also admires Frenchman Lucas Digne.
