Talented midfielder Halid Djankpata joined Everton at the age of 14.

Born in Togo, Djankpata is skilful and tenacious, and looks up to France World Cup winner Paul Pogba.

During the 2021/22 season, he made 22 league appearances for the Under-18s, scoring three goals and recording two assists.

The following year, Djankpata made eight league appearances for Leighton Baines’ Under-18s, as well as featuring 11 times in Premier League 2 action for Paul Tait’s Under-21s.

His hobbies include playing basketball and playing FIFA.
