I'm not currently a Season Ticket Member – how can I buy a 2020/21 Season Ticket?
All fans can sign up to the Season Ticket Waiting List where they will be placed into two sections, depending on their membership status. For more information on the Season Ticket Waiting List, see here.

There will then be a transfer window for those Season Ticket Members who wish to transfer seats before they are released to those on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Please note – only Season Ticket Members who have renewed their Season Ticket and submitted a transfer request by Friday 20 March 2020 will be offered a seat move in the transfer window (subject to availability). The Waiting List will be ordered by date of renewal.

- Paying by Direct Debit - there is a £40 transaction fee per transaction for payments made via Direct Debit. This fee is spread across the monthly payments.
- Season Ticket Seat Transfer - there is a £10 charge applicable to seat transfers. This fee is not applicable if a transfer is being made in order to accommodate a new Season Ticket being purchased beside the existing Season Ticket Member.
Can I buy a Season Ticket in the Family Enclosure?
The following rules apply for those wishing to purchase in the Family Enclosure:
There must be at least one Kid/Junior and one Adult per group and a maximum of two Adults to one Kid/Junior for Season Ticket purchases in the Family Enclosure.
In order to maintain the safety and security of young patrons, we suggest that Kid/Junior Season Ticket Members are accompanied to matches by a responsible Adult and insist that any person 11 years of age or under be accompanied by a responsible Adult at all times.
What is a 'transfer'?
A 'transfer' is where a Season Ticket Member would like to relocate from his/her existing seat to another in the stadium.
When can I get a transfer?
In order to be eligible for a transfer, the Season Ticket Member must first renew their current seat.
Transfer requests must be submitted here (link to transfer form once live) no later than Friday 20 March 2020. Only a limited number of transfers can be carried out in any one season.
How do I get a transfer if I am a current Season Ticket Member?
Any Season Ticket Member who wishes to transfer their seat to an available seat may do so at the time of purchase.
Should a Season Ticket Member wish to transfer their seat to one currently occupied, a transfer request must be submitted online (link to transfer form once live) no later than Friday 20 March 2020.
The Season Ticket Member must specify their existing seat and advise which seat or area he/she would like to transfer to. You will be contacted by a Customer Service Advisor on the week commencing Monday 13 April 2020 to discuss your transfer request.
Will it cost anything to transfer?
If the Season Ticket Member is transferring to a seat in an area of a higher value than his/her existing seat, then the difference in price will require to be paid.
If the Season Ticket Member is transferring to a seat of a lower value, a refund payment will be due. In any case where a written request is required, it will be subject to an administration fee of £10 for each transfer.
The transfer fee is waived in the event that the seat is being moved in order to accommodate a new Season Ticket being purchased beside the existing Season Ticket Member.
Any supporter paying for their Season Ticket by Direct Debit will not be able to change their monthly payments, but we will send them either a refund or they can pay the extra amount by another method of payment, if they move stands.
What is the AutoCup Scheme?
The AutoCup Scheme is an exclusive benefit offered to Season Ticket Members. Season Ticket Members can sign up for cup fixtures in advance, where applicable. Any Season Ticket discounted ticket prices are automatically applied and it guarantees your own seat*, rather than having to pay on a match-by-match basis.
This scheme is exclusive to Season Ticket Members and when subscribing to the AutoCup scheme, season cards will be automatically activated once payment has been processed for home cup matches. Season Ticket Members have until Monday 30 November 2020 to sign up to the scheme. Full details are available in the ticket terms and conditions.
How many AutoCup Schemes are available?
We will be running three different AutoCup Schemes - home FA Cup games, home Carabao Cup games and, subject to qualification, home European games.
How much does it cost?
It's free to subscribe. The value of the ticket will be deducted from the Season Ticket Member’s credit/debit card automatically once ticket details are known for the relevant games. No card processing fees will be applied.
When will payment be taken?
Where possible, we will endeavour to notify Season Ticket Members of prices and payment dates at least 14 days prior to the match.
This is often dependent upon the period of time between rounds in any given cup competition, however.
Notification on fixture dates will be given on the Everton website at evertonfc.com, in Everton publications and in the Everton Fan Centre. If you wish to receive notification via email please contact the Everton Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 with a valid email address or you can email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I don't have sufficient funds when the payment is taken?
Where possible we will notify you in writing, via email, with regards to any failed payments within three days of the failed payment date.
Failed payments will result in non-entry to the game and will be subject to an administration charge of £10. Participation in the scheme will be cancelled in the result that two failed payments occur.
Can I cancel if I don't want to go to a game?
You are not permitted to cancel single matches, but you are entitled to cancel your entire participation in the appropriate scheme. However, you will not be permitted to re-apply during that same season.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than five working days prior to the date of the next chargeable game to: Fan Centre, Everton Football Club, 7th Floor, Royal Liver Building, Liverpool, L3 1HU.
If tickets have already been issued, they should be returned with the written cancellation notice.
Why do I need to advise you if my expiry date changes?
The number on each credit/debit card is unique and its validity is checked by a 'modulus checker'. With most card companies the expiry date is included in the modulus checker, and if the date is invalid or has expired the payment will be rejected.
What happens if my Season Card gets lost, stolen or damaged?
The supporter should notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately. The old Season Card will therefore be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. There is a £10 fee for any replacement Season Cards as a result of the original being lost, stolen or damaged. The design of any replacement Season Card will issued at the Club’s sole discretion.
The duplicate Season Card will only be issued when proof of identification has been shown at the Goodison Park Box Office. Only one duplicate Season Card will be issued to you per season and you will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Season Card is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club.
What happens if I forget my season card?
Ticket reprints as a result of forgotten season cards on a matchday may incur a fee. This will be refunded once we determine that the original season card has not been used. Please allow 28 days for this to be refunded. ID must be provided at the window, or no ticket will be issued.
How do I redeem my exclusive Season Ticket Members benefits?
Full details of the benefits and how to claim them will be housed online at evertonfc.com/onwards.
