What if the 2020/21 season is played behind closed doors?

If games in the 2020/21 season are affected in any way, the Club will refund supporters the pro-rata value of any missed games.

When will fans be able to return to Goodison Park?

There is currently no set date. We will follow government guidelines, which will dictate when live sport can resume with fans in attendance. Everton remain committed to protecting supporters and the NHS. Football will not resume at Goodison Park with fans in attendance until the government advises it is safe to do so.

Will games behind closed doors be available to watch?

Currently there is no update on 2020/21 TV distribution.

When will I receive my online discount code for Club merchandise?

Season Ticket Members will receive their online discount code for Club merchandise after the renewals window has closed. The online discount codes will be provided in advance of the 2020/21 Season.

What is the AutoCup Scheme?

The AutoCup Scheme is an exclusive benefit offered to Season Ticket Members. Season Ticket Members can sign up for cup fixtures in advance, where applicable. Any Season Ticket discounted ticket prices are automatically applied and it guarantees your own seat*, rather than having to pay on a match-by-match basis.

This scheme is exclusive to Season Ticket Members and when subscribing to the AutoCup scheme,  Season Cards will be automatically activated once payment has been processed for home cup matches. Season Ticket Members have until Monday 30 November 2020 to sign up to the scheme. Full details are available in the ticket terms and conditions.

How many AutoCup Schemes are available?

We will be running two different AutoCup Schemes - home FA Cup games and home Carabao Cup games..

How much does the AutoCup Scheme cost?

It's free to subscribe. The value of the ticket will be deducted from the Season Ticket Member’s credit/debit card automatically once ticket details are known for the relevant games. No card processing fees will be applied.

When will payment be taken for cup games?

Where possible, we will endeavour to notify Season Ticket Members of prices and payment dates at least 14 days prior to the match.

This is often dependent upon the period of time between rounds in any given cup competition, however.

Notification on fixture dates will be given on the Everton website at evertonfc.com, in Everton publications and in the Everton Fan Centre. If you wish to receive notification via email, please contact the Everton Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 with a valid email address. Alternatively, you can email the details to autocupscheme@evertonfc.com.

What happens if I don't have sufficient funds when the payment is taken?

Where possible we will notify you in writing, via email, with regards to any failed payments within three days of the failed payment date.

Failed payments will result in non-entry to the game and will be subject to an administration charge of £10. Participation in the scheme will be cancelled in the result that two failed payments occur.

Can I cancel if I don't want to go to a game?

You are not permitted to cancel single matches, but you are entitled to cancel your entire participation in the appropriate scheme. However, you will not be permitted to re-apply during that same season.

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than five working days prior to the date of the next chargeable game to: Fan Centre, Everton Football Club, 7th Floor, Royal Liver Building, Liverpool, L3 1HU.

If tickets have already been issued, they should be returned with the written cancellation notice.

Why do I need to advise you if my expiry date changes?

The number on each credit/debit card is unique and its validity is checked by a 'modulus checker'. With most card companies, the expiry date is included in the modulus checker and, if the date is invalid or has expired, the payment will be rejected.

 What happens if my Season Card gets lost, stolen or damaged? 

The supporter should notify the Everton Fan Centre immediately. The old Season Card will then be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. There is a £10 fee for any replacement Season Cards as a result of the original being lost, stolen or damaged. The design of any replacement Season Card will be issued at the Club’s sole discretion.

The duplicate Season Card will only be issued when proof of identification has been shown at the Goodison Park Box Office. You will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Season Card is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club. 

 What happens if I forget my Season Card? 

Ticket reprints as a result of forgotten Season Cards on a matchday may incur a fee. This will be refunded once we determine that the original Season Card has not been used. Please allow 28 days for this to be refunded. ID must be provided at the window, or no ticket will be issued.

I'm not currently a Season Ticket Member. How can I join the Season Ticket Waiting List?
