Will my Membership help me get a Season Ticket?
Will my Membership help me get a Season Ticket?
All supporters who become an Official Member during the 2022/23 season will be eligible to join the Season Ticket Waiting List and receive priority access to Tier One of the waiting list. Further information about how the Season Ticket Waiting List works can be found at evertonfc.com/faqs/season-tickets. To join the Season Ticket Waiting List, go to www.evertonfc.com/waitinglist.
How long will it take to receive my membership pack?
How long will it take to receive my membership pack?
Official Membership packs will be sent out from the beginning of August 2022. Supporters should allow 21 days from placing their order for arrival. If you haven't received your pack within 21 days, please contact the Fan Centre directly on 0151 556 1878 or complete a Contact Us form online at evertonfc.com/club/contact-us. Members accept that membership packs sent by standard delivery post may be lost in transit and the Club accepts no responsibility in this regard. If you wish to guarantee delivery of your membership pack, you will need to opt to pay an additional fee to track your membership pack.
Do you offer a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service?

Yes. For 2022/23, supporters can choose to receive their Official Membership pack tracked via Royal Mail to delivery point for piece of mind. Yes, once you purchase your membership, you will be able to take advantage of all the benefits prior to your pack arriving. Simply visit the members area of the website and login at evertonfc.com/membersarea.

Each Official Membership must be purchased against an individual supporter number, you cannot register multiple memberships against one customer record.

Part of the benefits of Official Membership is being able to purchase home Premier League match tickets to games at Goodison Park before anyone else! Official Members can take advantage of a priority access window for each home game, before the general sale period commences. Every game at Goodison in 2021/22 sold out, therefore early purchase of tickets is advised to avoid disappointment.

Official Membership is valid for the duration of the 2022/23 season. If you have opted into the Official Membership Auto Renewal Scheme, your membership will be automatically renewed for the 2023/24 season.

Official Members will receive a one-time only online discount code for use against the purchase of official Everton merchandise online at evertondirect.com Online discount codes will be sent direct to fans who purchase Official Membership from Wednesday 6 July 2022.
Can I use my Official Membership to get a discount in store at Everton One or Everton Two?

Yes! Simply take your Official Membership Card into store to redeem your discount in person. You can also visit the Toffee Shop at Goodison Park on matchday to use your discount. Please note that your Official Membership discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Play on pitch events will take place at the end of the 2022/23 season, subject to pitch availability, approval and clearance to do so safely.

This section contains a list of frequently asked questions relate to the Club’s Official Memberships Auto-Renewal Scheme. If your query is not addressed by the FAQs below, please contact the Fan Centre directly.
What is the Auto-Renewal Scheme?
What is the Auto-Renewal Scheme?
This Auto-Renewal Scheme in respect of Official Membership. On purchase of the Membership, Members will have the opportunity to “opt in” to the Auto-Renewal Scheme. Should a Member choose to “opt-in” to the Auto-Renewal Scheme, that Member will have their Membership automatically renewed in the following seasons until the Auto-Renewal Scheme comes to an end for that Member. For your renewed Membership in subsequent seasons, a one-off payment* will be taken from your account at the start of the relevant season. Please see FAQ “How much will be taken from my account” for understanding the level of your one-off payment. *The one-off payment taken will be in line with the category of Membership you have purchased and/or be required to purchase if a Member changes category e.g. if a Teen becomes an Adult.

A supporter can opt-in to the Auto-Renewal Scheme when purchasing their Membership online by selecting “Credit/Debit Card for Auto-Renewal”. If you already have a Membership and would like to opt-in to the Auto-Renewal Scheme, please call the Fan Centre 0151 556 1878.

A Member who has opted-in to the Auto-Renewal Scheme will remain in the Auto-Renewal Scheme until that Member chooses to opt-out, unless: 1. the payment details on the Club’s file for the Member (the ones which were taken on payment of the original Membership or as updated by the Member from time to time) have expired; or 2. there are insufficient funds in the account from which payment for the renewal Membership is being taken; or 3. the Club has cancelled the Membership in accordance with the Official Membership Terms and Conditions. Examples include: the Member breaching the Terms and Conditions, the Member being found guilty of a football related criminal offence etc.

Throughout the previous Season, a Member can opt-out of the Auto-Renewal Scheme up to the Automatic Renewal Date (this being the date in which Memberships will automatically renew under the Auto-Renewal Scheme). Should a Member fail to notify the Club before the Automatic Renewal Date of their intentions to opt-out of the Auto-Renewal Scheme, their Membership will be automatically renewed.

This will be dependent on the price of your Membership as at the Automatic Renewal Date (this being the date in which Memberships will automatically renew under the Auto-Renewal Scheme). The current rates* for Membership are as set out below: • Adult - £35 • USA - £35 • International - £35 • Teen - £20 • Junior - £20 • Infant - £10 *the current rates will be subject to change and the Club reserves the rights to amend the rates from time to time.

If there are people within the group who no longer would like to renew their Membership, the lead person should opt out for all people. They would then purchase the required Memberships once they go on sale. Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment method, you can only pay by card. A Member will still be able to assign previously identifiable information to this new Membership such as Membership Number, Log-in details etc.

Members will be contacted no later than 21 days before the Automatic Renewal Date (this being the date in which Memberships will automatically renew under the Auto-Renewal Scheme) with the details of the auto-renewal process. The Membership will be automatically renewed on the Automatic Renewal Date and payment taken using the debit or credit card details provided by the purchaser to the Club for the original purchase of the Membership (or as otherwise updated by the Member from time to time). If the original purchaser is someone other than the Member, then the Member confirms that they have the permission of the purchaser for the fee to be taken from their account.

If you pay for a Membership on behalf of a friend or family member, your details remain on the Club’s file for a Membership, and the Member has enrolled in the Auto-Renewal Scheme, payment for the Membership renewal in subsequent years will be deducted using your payment details. By allowing a Membership to renew, the Member confirms that they have your permission for the fee to be taken from your account. If the Member or the Purchaser wish to change the payment details on file, they will need to notify the Club in advance of the Automatic Renewal Date (this being the date in which Memberships will automatically renew under the Auto-Renewal Scheme). If you have previously paid for someone else’s Membership and do not wish for this to be auto-renewed, please opt-out of the Auto-Renewal and purchase your Memberships during the general sale window.

Once these steps have been followed and your purchase has been made, you will receive an email to confirm your gifted purchase.

In order to activate the gifted Official Membership and take advantage of all associated benefits, please forward the email which you will receive with instructions to your Official Membership gift recipient and ask them to follow the step-by-step guide using the activation code and membership tariff type details. The activation code will also be enclosed within their physical membership pack on despatch. The Membership pack can take up to 21 days to be delivered, however the recipient does not need to wait for their membership pack to arrive before they can take advantage of all the associated benefits.

This is an Everton Football Club scheme for those who have purchased Memberships from the Club. On purchase of the Membership, Members will have the opportunity to “opt in” to the Auto-Renewal Scheme.
