“Now that I am 30, thinking about 12 years ago does seem like a very long time ago!”

Victor Anichebe has come a long way since making his Everton debut against Chelsea in the FA Cup back in February 2006.

It is a journey that has taken him to Beijing in China by way of West Brom and Sunderland, and when the 11-cap Nigeria international recently visited USM Finch Farm, he was only too happy to tell of his fond memories coming through with the Blues and where his career took him after leaving in 2013.
